Beautiful views. Rooftop patio is wonderful. Fantastic breakfasts. Warm and friendly staff. Air conditioning was good to have in July when it is very hot (the a/c worked fine for us lowering the temperature to a comfortable range but don’t expect it to be cold enough to need a blanket)
My family is mixed on the negatives. While I was OK walking up the hill from the beach and the town, others found it a bit far given the July heat. It would probably be no problem for them in the cooler months. The positive about the walk up the hill are the beautiful views!

Great Location, just a 7min walk to rinconcito street. The owners are very good and caring people, I was fortunate to meet them.

We were staying in the bungalow with a sea view and it was wonderfully peaceful. The views were breathtaking. The staff were very nice. It is a short walk uphill from the town, but it's definitely worth it for the views and the quiet. Still only about a 10-15min to the closest beach.

It was clean, beds comfy.
I HATED the distant location, and the nightmare of climbing up or down that hillside to the village.
It is NOT O.4 miles to village, it is NOT 0.4 to beach . It is easily 5x that.
You REALLY need to warn ppl, esp the handicapped, elderly & small children how DANGEROUS that hill is. Plus , there was never any staff around to help out. It was like staying in a hotel for Zombies or Ghosts--no.one ever there!
