It was an amazing stay. The staffs were really friendly and we travelled in a family of 5. We would like to specially thank Martin who was especially kind and helpful towards my family. He helped my mum who was in a wheelchair to get around the area via their in-house transport. Breakfast spread was really excellent. Despite not seeing the northern lights, we like that the resort is located away from the city and the staffs there made the experience even more unforgettable.

Its is a beautiful stay, warm and friendly staff, and many activities within the property itself. There is a shuttle service that is provided once a day to get into town. A good breakfast spread. They even have an app to track the northern lights.
The igloos huts are small.. to accomodate big luggage. The property is far from the town.. so any travel outside is going to be expensive. No room service and limited lunch n dinner buffet.

Cottage was nice, confortable bed, hot water
No privacy in the bungalow. Anyone passing by could see inside. Toilet floor heating not working properly.
No food option. Had breakfast and dinner included and the option of dinner was one and that's it, only one night there was a buffet but the food was overcooked or was there for a long long time. Desert was ice cream... During winter. Dinner food was good but having no option except soup or salad. Breakfast was disappointing, coffee was there for hours, no replanish, croissants were from the previous day. If anyone coming please bring food just in case, excuse given to another costumer was... There are few guests...
