Spa was really nice, especially the saunas.
Staff was the best, everyone was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Even our dog was greeted with some treats when we arrived. Breakfast was really good.

Fantastic location with true ski‑in/ski‑out access, making it incredibly convenient. The breakfast was excellent, and it was a real treat to relax in the spa after a full day on the slopes. The restaurant was lovely, offering great food and a stunning view of the mountain — a perfect way to end the day.
I would have liked a refrigerator in the room. It appeared that there had been one previously, but the space was empty. The bathrobes in the room were size XXL. When we asked for a different size, we received quick and smooth assistance, but the bathrobe provided was a children’s size and ended up being too small. It was not a major issue, but it would have been nice to have a medium size available.

The breakfast was good but could have been better. Location is superb
The room was very dated. I expected more for the price. It was very expensive. The pool spa area was very crowded and disappointing because of that.

We got studio apartement due to dogs. It has nice little kitchen, sauna and spacious livingroom. Staff was friendly and eager to help. Dogs got some treats and a water cup. Overall the room would have been very nice had it not been the warmest weeks in history.
We happened to be in Ylläs on a longest hot temperature streak of history. And I falsely assumed hotel and maybe also the studious would have an AC. We did get a fan from the hotel reception but still it was +31c inside when we arrived and it did not cool much with a table fan, unfortunately. Finnish summers are typically more on the chilly side and I do realize AC has not been on the priority list.
