About this villa rental
Nestled in Julianadorp, this attractive villa for $117 per night is a great choice for your next break. Our Beachhouse Four Seasons (with fast Wi-Fi) is one of the most beautiful houses in Villaparc Duynopgangh with a large garden and lots of sun and privacy. Please read the reviews: 'There are cheaper houses, but here everything is perfect, so it's worth it'. Our caretaker will receive you personally. Wine of the house is waiting for you! Arrival / Departure: only on Saturday. Spacious and quiet park, at less than 500 m from the beach and the sea near lively resorts. The greatest plot in the Park: 700 m2. Living area 140 m2. Detached, thatched holiday villa. Large wooden terrace facing south, where you can sunbathe all day on lounge beds. Our house is the only one in the park with two double doors to the large wooden terrace. The garden borders a large pond with extra wooden terrace where man can see the ducks. The pond from the plot is not secured / fenced. In the garden are a thatched barn with 2 rentable Koga Miyata top tour bikes (25, - / week) and teak garden furniture. Delicious barbecue on the garden table with the Weber Q1400 Electrogrill! The house has a large bright living room with a large fully equipped designer kitchen with stove Boretti - ideal for even cooking delicious! - And many kitchen appliances. The stove - with plenty of firewood - makes for cozy warm hours. The house is decorated with beach wood and shells, so the holiday feeling is increased directly by the sea! The apartment is occupied top and bottom with a warm oak flooring, cabinets are made of the same wood to size. On the ground floor there is a toilet and a utility room with a new washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron. The boiler was replaced in 2018. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms: 2 rooms with double bed, and a master bedroom with 2 adjustable single beds (90x220cm). Design bathroom (with additional WC) with lots of light. Bed linen and towels can be rented or you can bring your own. (25, - PP total period) baby pack available (25, -). The villa is fully equipped with many personal items for the use of guests. The windows all around and extra-wing door to the living room with wooden deck provide plenty of light. In the large garden you go on mussel paths and in the evening there is atmospheric lighting with 15 garden lamps. 20 pine trees and 5 large pastures provide for your privacy. At the front of the house there are 2 parking on private property. WiFi available (40Mbit / s). Smart TV (HDMI) and 6 German channels. With Christmas, including Christmas tree. Please: No smoking in the apartment. No pets. This exclusive house can be rented per week: arrival Saturday at 16:00 clock, departure Saturday at 10:00 clock. Changeover day is on Saturday. Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in einer schönen Umgebung und vor allem alles in der Nähe was man braucht.
Sehr schön und man hat alles was man braucht in der Nähe. Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar in kurzer Zeit.

Schönes Haus mit toller Ausstattung
Wir haben dort eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht. Im Haus und Garten hat es an nichts gefehlt. Alles ist sehr liebevoll und individuell eingerichtet und die Ausstattung ist hervorragend. Gerne hätten wir die Sun Downer Lounge (die eigentlich mehr eine Sun Upper Lounge ist) genutzt, aber das Wetter hat es leider nicht so oft zugelassen, wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten. Wir kommen aber gerne wieder - dann mit mehr Sonne im Gepäck ;-)

Vanaf het eerste moment een vakantiegevoel. Ligging en omgeving zijn perfect. Volop rust rond de woning. Terrasje aan het water ... Op wandelafstand van de zee, de noord-hollandse kust en duinen zijn zowiezo prachtig. Woning volledig voorzien en ingericht voor het onthaal van gasten maar voelt ook gezellig en persoonlijk. Perfect uitgerust. Voldoende privacy zeker in de periode van ons verblijf. Voor ons alvast voor herhaling vatbaar.

One of the best holidays
The house is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you might ever need. The location is just perfect - facing the sun you wake up to the warm sunshine and have your coffee on the deck watching the ducks.
The location itself is ideal - 10 min walk from the beach, very peaceful. Lots of things to do in the area with children - 10 min bike to a farm, 10 min drive to Den Helder with its museums and ferry to Texel are some but not all.
We would love to come again.

Es ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem kann man viel erleben. Die Wanderungen in den Dünen und das Meer sind absolut sehenswert.

Auch im Winter eine exzellente Wahl
Die Villa eignet sich hervorragend für einen Aufenthalt im Winter. Der Villa Park war ziemlich ruhig, aber nicht ausgestorben. Die gemütliche Einrichtung des Wohnraums lässt einen auch regnerische Tage genießen. Ansonsten lädt der Strand und diverse Naturparks zum spazieren ein.

Perfekt Ruhe-Oase
Das Haus hat eine tolle Aufteilung. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Der fantastische Außenbereich ist bei schönerem Wetter besser nutzbar, aber wir haben die Sonne auch draußen genießen können. Die Lage ist toll, weil man schnell in alle Richtungen unterwegs sein kann. Hier werden wir gerne nochmal wohnen.

Traumhaftes Haus mit super Lage
Wir sind nun schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem wunderschönen Haus gewesen und haben uns schon wie beim ersten Mal sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Kommunikation mit Alfred klappt super und Fragen werden prompt beantwortet. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat super geklappt. In diesem tollen Haus fühlt man sich sofort wohl. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und alles, was wir brauchten, haben wir vorgefunden. Im Haus findet man tolle künstlerische Arbeiten aus Strandholz, die einem das richtige Urlaubsfeeling geben. Der Garten ist herrlich angelegt und der Steg lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir haben die Fahrräder dazu gebucht und konnten so bequem per Rad die Gegend erkunden. Das Wetter hat in dieser letzten Oktoberwoche auch gut mitgespielt und wir hatten eine unvergessliche Woche im schönen Holland! Gerne kommen wir wieder und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen! Lieben Dank für alles!

Ein Traumhaus mit Zaubergarten und Strandnähe
Wir sind dermaßen von diesem Ferienhaus begeistert, dass wir jetzt schon den Kalender wälzen und den nächsten Urlaub planen. Julianadorp lieben wir seid ca.16 Jahren, aber dieses Haus hat so einen Charme, dass es alle anderen übertrifft.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter wie auch der Empfang durch die Hausverwalterin war hervorragend und mehr als freundlich!

Schönes Ferienhaus
Wir hatten zwei schöne Urlaubswochen in diesem Ferienhaus. Der Garten ist wunderbar und bietet viele ruhige Plätzchen zur Entspannung. Zum Meer und zum Strandslag sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Ein zweiter Strandslag (PAL6) ist nach einem kurzen Spaziergang zu erreichen. Hier kann man auch gut Lunchen oder zu Abend essen. Es macht auch Spaß sich in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche selbst zu versorgen. Schagen und Alkmaar sind schöne Städte zum Einkaufen und gut erreichbar mit dem Auto. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Gezellig en schoon huis waar alles aanwezig is. Je hoeft echt niks mee te nemen.
Fijne tuin waar je ook bij het water kan zitten.
Op loopafstand van het strand.
Genoeg mogelijkheden om te fietsen en te wandelen in de omgeving. Leuk om met de boot naar Texel te gaan.

heerlijk uitwaaien, top vakantiehuis
We hebben ons meteen thuis gevoeld in het luxe vakantiehuis van Alfred, fantastische locatie met leuke tuin en eigen steiger. Knus en persoonlijk ingericht, niet de steriele kille sfeer van meing andere vakantieverblijf. Snelle en duidelijke communicatie met Yvonne en Alfred. Nogmaals bedankt voor een heerlijke vakantieweek, we komen graag terug :)

locatie op het park is naar mijn mening de beste. (in een rustige hoek aan het water). prima uitvalsbasis naar verschillende (natuur)hotspots in de omgeving.

Trotz Corona und dass alle Restaurants zu hatten, war der Urlaub im Beach House wieder wunderschön! Strand und Meer war toll windig, stürmisch, regnerisch und hatten wir fast für uns alleine. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

EIN TRAUM
Dieses Haus mit zauberhaftem Garten ist in jeder Hinsicht außergewöhnlich und noch schöner als auf den Fotos, bzw. Video dargestellt. Atmosphäre und "spirit" kann man auf Bildern einfach nicht darstellen. Sie können sich glücklich schätzen, wenn Sie dieses Objekt gebucht haben und......möchten vom ersten Tag an länger als geplant bleiben. Den vorangegangenen Bewertungen ist nicht´s, aber rein gar nicht´s hinzuzufügen. In jeder Hinsicht 5 Sterne + 1 on top. DANKE für eine wunderbare Woche voller "good vibrations" - wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder !

Fantastisch huis met alles wat je wenst
Een prachtig huis wat op een heerlijke plek ligt. Het huis en de tuin zijn van alle gemakken voorzien, zodat je je meteen op je gemak voelt. Verder super dicht bij het strand: de duin over en je bent aan het strand.
Het is geen goedkoop huis om te huren, maar je krijgt er veel voor terug!!

Tolles Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sind super und die Küchengeräte von sehr guter Qualität. Wir waren gespannt auf das Grillen mit dem Elektrogrill und positiv überrascht, wie gut es schmeckt. Leider hatten die Vormieter "vergessen" ihn zu reinigen, deshalb haben wir einen Punkt Abzug bei der Sauberkeit gegeben. Ansonsten gab es keine Beanstandungen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief reibungslos, Alfred antwortete immer sehr schnell. Die Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort war ebenfalls problemlos. Nach unserem Anruf, kam die Hausmeisterin sofort um uns zu empfangen. Auch die Übergabe am Ende unseres Urlaubes verlief unkompliziert..
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus genossen. Vielen Dank.

Zeer mooi huis, zeer mooie en verzorgde tuin. Huis is aangekleed met veel persoonlijke kunstwerken. Aangename houtkachel voor de koude avonden. En een heerlijk terras voor de fijne zonuren. We hebben werkelijk genoten en veel inspiratie opgedaan voor ons eigen huis. Zeer fijn verblijf gehad.

Das Haus war für uns die ideale Unterkunft. Mit Allem
ausgestattet, was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt benötigt. Es strahlte eine gemütliche Atmosphäre aus, sodass man sich gern in den "vier Wänden" aufhielt, da sich das Wetter während unseres Zeit, Ende Februar, sehr stürmisch und regnerisch zeigte.
Wir können das Haus ohne Einschränkung weiter empfehlen.

Alles wunderbar!
Wir haben eine Woche in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, das Haus ist auch dann sehr gemütlich wenn es draußen regnet und stürmt. Die Lage eignet sich gut für einen Urlaub mit kleinen Kindern, es gibt mehrere Zoos/ Streichelzoos in der Nähe und zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir würden immer wieder kommen!
