About this house rental
Located in Julianadorp, this lovely house for $210 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Dear guests, Welcome to Eilandje 33, our vacation home in Julianadorp aan Zee. The house was completely renovated in 2020 and modernly furnished. It is located in the "Villaparc Duynopgangh", just 500 m from the extensive beach. The property covers 400 square meters with a living area of 120 square meters. The ground floor impresses with a kitchen with the latest equipment and equipment that leaves nothing to be desired (refrigerator and triple freezer combination, dishwasher, baking / grill oven, induction cooker, toaster, Nespresso machine and filter coffee machine, hand blender, hand mixer and much more). This is followed by a cozy living-dining room with a spacious table and an inviting seating area. In addition, a guest toilet and a separate shower room are available on this floor. The upper floor is divided into 3 bedrooms, a storage room and a bathroom. The largest of the 3 bedrooms has a 1.80 mx 2 m double bed and a cot. There is another bedroom with a 1.80 mx 2 m double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds each 90 cm x 2 m. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower function. You can access another storage room via an external access. There is a washing machine, a handcart, beach toys, a beach shell and a Weber electric grill (open fires are not allowed in this settlement due to the thatched roofs). From the living-dining area you can easily reach the garden via a patio door. This is equipped with a table, 6 chairs and a parasol. Here you can enjoy your breakfast and end the day in the evening sun. In front of our house you have a clear view of the fields and dunes with the lighthouse in the background. Our fenced property is located in a cul-de-sac at the end of the park, so that your children can play carefree on the way. WLAN, internet radio / CD, TV with German channels (ARD, ZDF, WDR, NDR, RTL, Sat 1, Arte), Blueray / DVD player are available. Pets are not allowed and smoking is also prohibited in the house. Sonne Strand und eine schönes Haus
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts, es gibt eine super Küchenausstattung, Spiele für Kinder von Klein bis Groß, der Bollerwagen hat uns gute Dienste geleistet. Da das Grundstück rundum eingezäunt ist, kann man auch in Ruhe mit einem jüngeren Kind dort Urlaub machen. Ich habe bei der Sauberkeit Punktabzug gegeben, weil es doch von der Firma nicht sorgfältig genug geputzt wurde. Nach der Mitteilung an unseren Vermieter hat dieser sich jedoch sofort darum gekümmert. Egal wann und wo mit wir uns bei ihm gemeldet haben, wurde sofort geantwortet. Ich würde es bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt in Holland wieder buchen.

Leider von der Sauberkeit enttäuscht
Die Lage ist super und die Ausstattung in Ordnung, alles da was man benötigt. Schön das es Bücher und zusätzlich ein paar Spielmaterialien gibt.
Schade das die Schlüsselübergabe soweit entfernt ist und man
nicht direkt einen Ansprechpartner hat, so wie es in den beiden anderen Teilen der Anlage ist.
Jedoch war die Sauberkeit schlecht, Bilder haben wir davon gemacht und würden Ihnen diese gerne zur Verfügung stellen. Hier nur einige wenige Beispiele: der Grill war nicht Nutzbar, da er nicht vom letzten Nutzer gereinigt worden ist und anscheinend nicht kontrolliert wurde. Beim öffnen der Küchenschubladen und des Schrankes befanden sich größere Mengen Krümel von Essensresten, so das ich erst mal die Bereiche leerräumen musste und für mich auf einen hygienischen Stand bringen musste. Ich habe bei dieser Adresse erwartet, dass die Sauberkeit gegeben ist.

Top Haus für Familien
Wir hatten eine schöne Woche hier. Gemütliche Betten, genug Platz, Spielzeug, Bücher und Fahrgeräte für die Kleinen. Nah zum Strand. Schöne Fahrradrouten. Gerne wieder ☺️

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Wohnsiedlung
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Siedlung nicht weit vom Meer. Leider haben wir nicht bedacht das man die Grundausstattung wie Klopapier, Geschirrspültaps selbst mitbringen musste. Dies könnte man ja evtl in der Beschreibung des Hauses hinzufügen. Ansonsten waren es wunderschöne Tage. Das Haus bietet viel Platz um such rundum wohl zu fühlen. Vielen Dank an die Eigentümer, dass wir so kurzfristig Gäste des Hauses sein durften. Gerne kommen wir wieder und dann mit mehr Zeit im Gepäck. :-)

Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnpark, nur wenige Fußminuten vom Strand. Gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet, perfekt für den Familienurlaub.

Later aankomen was geen probleem 👍🏻(de bijbehorende instructie mag ook via mail of WApp dat is wellicht nog duidelijker). Huisje is prima, van alle gemakken voorzien. (Bedkussen wat aan de grote kant voor een normale kussensloop.)
Mooie beplanting in een leuk park/resort en goede uitvalsplek voor strand en omgeving dichtbij de Waddenzee.

Alles in Allem eine entspannte und schöne Zeit in dem Häuschen von Ina und Tim. Schöne ruhige Lage, gute Ausstattung, Küchenausstattung ebenfalls viel mehr Utensilien als man erwartet (einzig ein grosser Topf fehlt).
Dieses Haus ist ideal für Familien bis 6 Personen und nur 10 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt, mit dem Fahrrad 5min.
Einkaufen mit Fahrrad/Auto in 2km Entfernung im Dorf möglich.

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt; ganz tolles Haus! Für Familien mit Kleinkindern ideal: ein Treppengitter, Hochstuhl, diverses Spielzeug sowie ein Bobbycar und ein Puky Wutsch sind vorhanden. Das Grundstück ist rundum eingezäunt, was den Aufenthalt nochmal wesentlich entspannt hat.

Nette woning, goed uitgeruste keuken, woonkamer prima, goede bedden. Rustige plek op het park, rustig aan de weilanden gelegen. Twee eigen parkeerplaatsen. Prima fietsverhuur vlakbij. Genoten!🙂

Ein tolles Haus in Julianadorp aan zee
Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen noch einmal dort Urlaub zu machen. Die Ausstattung war super, es gab sogar ein Laufrad, Bobby Car und ein Puky Wutsch! Damit sind unsere Kinder (1 und 4) einige Runden gefahren. Betten waren bequem. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, ein paar Sachen haben wir nochmal durch die Spülmaschine gejagt.
Die Lage ist schön, nah am Meer. Ich würde mir einen kleinen Supermarkt in fussläufiger Nähe wünschen. Zum Einkaufen ist man auf das Auto oder Rad angewiesen.

Ein rundum tolles Ferienhaus!
Wir haben eine tolle Woche in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht! Es ist modern und freundlich eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist super und übertrifft den normalen Standard. So haben wir uns z.B. sehr über den Bollerwagen, die umfangreiche (Strand-)Spielzeugsammlung und den Grill gefreut. Auch die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, der Weg zum Stand ist nicht weit und auch auf der idyllischen Terrasse kann man es sich gut gehen lassen.
Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und angenehm.
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Sehr schönes, neu ausgestattetes Ferienhaus nah am Strand
Einer unkomplizierten Abwicklung folgten erholsame Tage für uns in dem neu und umfangreich ausgestattetem Haus, das auch an einem regnerischem Tag gute Entspannung bot. Die Ferienanlage ist sehr gepflegt. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß in den Dünen und am Meer, mit dem Fahrrad haben wir herrliche Touren gemacht. Wir kommen wieder und haben als nahe Ausflugsziele Alkmaar, Texel und eventuell Den Helder ins Auge gefasst.

Danke für die erholsamen Tage, wir kommen gerne wieder!
Wir waren zwar nicht zum ersten Mal in Holland aber zum ersten Mal in diesem schönen Haus. Es ist frisch renoviert und bietet ausreichend Kochgeschirr und Utensilien. Spielzeug für die Kleinen ist auch vorhanden. Man kann super von hier aus Radtouren unternehmen oder zum Strand laufen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Super sauber, schön eingerichtet, alles da!!!
Wir haben mit unseren Jungs (3 und 5 Jahre) eine Woche in diesem schönen Häuschen verbracht und hatten eine sehr, sehr schöne Zeit.
Das Haus wurde vor Kurzem komplett renoviert und sehr liebevoll mit neuen Möbeln eingerichtet (Auch die Matratzen und Bettdecken/kissen waren nagelneu).
Im Eingangsbereich befindet sich eine große Garderobe mit viel Platz für die Urlaubsgarderobe.
Der Wohnbereich verfügt über eine schöne neue Küche mit neuesten Geräten und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich denken kann. Wenn man sich im Urlaub selbst verpflegen möchte, ist es perfekt! Im Inventar enthalten ist sogar ein Weber Elektrogrill!
Der Ess- und Wohnbereich ist auch sehr schön und gemütlich gestaltet.
Die Schlafräume und Bäder bieten genug Stauraum (besonders im Bad ist das immer sehr angenehm). Die Betten sind sehr bequem!
Wir hätten für unsere Kinder eigentlich gar keine Spielsachen etc. mitnehmen müssen, da alles vor Ort war. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein großes Regal mit Büchern und Spielsachen, womit sich unsere Kinder prima beschäftigen konnten.
Sogar ein neuer zusammenklappbarer Bollerwagen war da, mit dem wir jeden Tag zum Strand gelaufen sind. Eine Strandmuschel und Sandspielzeug sind auch da! (Zu Fuß waren es ca. 10 Minuten bis zum Strand - wunderschöner Fußweg durch die Dünen und ein breiter sauberer Strand).
Der Außenbereich ist komplett eingezäunt, so dass man sich keine Gedanken machen mußte, wenn die Kinder mal alleine draußen gespielt haben. Direkt neben dem Häuschen ist ein kleines Flüßchen angelegt, wo uns regelmäßig in Schwan und eine Entenfamilie besucht haben (die Entenbabys sind sogar durch den Zaun gekrabbelt und haben uns begrüßt).
Da das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse, wodurch nahezu kein Verkehr ist. Es war also herrlich ruhig. Man konnte lediglich ab und zu das Schnaufen eines Pferdes vernehmen oder das Quaken eines Frosches.
Unser Fazit: Wunderschönes und vor allem sauberes Haus, indem man sich sofort wohlfühlt und wunderbar entspannen kann.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen!!!

Wirklich ein Wohlfühldomizil!
Es war einfach wunderbar! Die Beschreibung passt perfekt und ist noch untertrieben.
Die moderne und neue Einrichtung bietet einfach nur Wohlfühlcharakter. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (3 und 5 Jahre) dort und jeder hat gefunden, was er brauchte. Zum einen die schön eingerichteten Zimmer (die Matratzen waren spitze !!!) genügend Stauraum und Platz drinnen wie auch draußen für die Kinder -optimal zum Spielen (keine Autos und ein herrlicher Blick auf die Felder) und schöne Gartenmöbel auf der Sonnenterrasse für die Eltern.
Besonders hat uns auch die Küchenausstattung gefallen- wenn man gerne kocht, findet man wirklich alles, was man braucht.
Kinderfreundlich stimmt ebenfalls - Spielsachen, Strandspielzeug, Kinderstuhl und Treppengitter, ein super Bollerwagen und sogar Strandspielzeug!
Es war absolut sauber- was ich anderswo schon zu bemängeln hatte.
Ein weiteres Highlight ist die Strandnähe und der große und breite Strand- hier findet jeder ein ruhiges Plätzchen.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und danken den Familien Hofstede und Lohmann für die nette Kommunikation und die liebevolle Einrichtung ihres Ferienhauses.
