About this house rental
Located in Julianadorp, this charming house for $157 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Behind the dunes, only a few minutes from the beach and sea, in an idyllic position is that '' Villaparc Duynopgangh ". In Villaparc our thatched villa is Asurrie. Our villa has the most beautiful free view of tulip fields and dunes on a generous garden plot of 480 square meters, and is completely fenced. Ideal for children playing. Our garden is very beautiful from a landscape architect with native plants and trees created with small dunes and shells, all in harmony with nature. The paths and three terraces in the garden were covered with old Dutch Waal stones. Here you can feel comfortable and enjoy nature without Massa tourism. Front of the house are 2 large Private parking space, shed for bike and an in-house carts. The villa is suitable for 6 persons. On the ground floor is a large U-shaped living room with fireplace, open kitchen and dining area, in the hallway is a separate bathroom and a toilet. High chair for a child is present. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower, washbasin and toilet. A room with a double bed and two with 2 single beds. In the large bedroom there is a bench. Extra cot is available. Beds are Belegd no extra cost. That is a nice start of their holiday. More timely surroundings: In the immediate vicinity there are: A subtropical swimming pool with a 22 m high pyramid with a giant slide, children's pool, sauna, jacuzzi and solarium, play areas for the kids (beach location Juliana), beach pavilion Paal 6 (open all year), beach pavilion Zee van Tijd, several restaurants from fast food to specialty restaurants. Tennis courts, miniature golf, bowling center, canoe rental, bike rental, Surfmöglicheiten and Manege. Golf course Ooghduyne is a 9-hole golf course. A genuine 9-hole course to a certain extent in pocket size. The game is played here with special balls. Here is a mini-golf course Fun. Tips for trips: There are several attractions in Den Helder as themed amusement park Cape Holland, Fort Kijkduin, Children's Paradise Ballorig, Manege Bruin, Marine Museum, subtropical swimming paradise De Schots. The drive between Den Helder and Texel conserve is just 8 km away. Crossing 20 minutes. Ideal for a day trip to Seehundencreche Ecomare, the Maritime Museum or beach robbers a parachute jump for the more adventurous. For the kids: Amusement park De Goudvis in Sint Maartenszee. Playground De Holleboom Tuitjenhoorn. Fairytale Wonderland Enkhuizen. Dutch villages with charm as the old town of Alkmaar, Fridays historic cheese market (April-September), the large weekly market on Saturdays. In Alkmaar is also a canal trip possible. For a market to this Thursday, visiting (in high season with folklore) in Schagen.

Wundervoll gelegen
Das Haus ist perfekt und ruhig gelgen. Die Nähe zum Strand und umgeben von Natur macht das Entspannen einfach. Allerdings ist nur das eine Schlafzimmer geräumig. Die beiden anderen Räume sind wirklich sehr klein und für Erwachsene schwierig.

Wunderbare Erholung im Lockdown
Wir waren mit einer vierköpfige Familie mit 2 Erwachsenen Kindern über die Weihnachtsfeiertage in diesem kleinen, sehr gemütlichen und wunderbar ruhig gelegenen Ferienhaus. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, sodass wir die geschlossenen Restaurants nicht vermisst haben. Alles war perfekt, auch die Nähe des wunderbaren Nordseestrandes.

Gut mit kleinen Anmerkungen
Schönes Haus wie all die Jahre. Badezimmer, Dusche und Toilette schön neu gemacht. Auch die Küche recht neu und gut ausgestattet. Was gefehlt hat war eine / zwei vernünftige Salatschüsseln.
Dann sind im ganzen Haus energiesparende Lampen verbaut, die allerdings so bescheiden Licht geben so das jede Kerze heller wäre. Der Dimmer für die Deckenlampe im Küchenbereich ist zudem kaputt.
Im Bad oben hängt eine Steckdose direkt am Waschbecken halb aus der Wand. Lebensgefährlich für Kinder.
Aber sonst alles gut, kommen gerne nächstes Jahr wieder.

Heerlijk huis, schoon en netjes. Heerlijk dat de bedden zijn opgemaakt bij aankomst. Overal ponpflesjes met zeep. Ook fijn, dat alles ruim aanwezig is. Zodat je niet gelijk moet afwassen als iedereen iets heeft gegeten of gedronken gedronken.

Kurzurlaub
Die Villa Asurrie war genau das was die Bilder erwarten ließen. Ein vollausgestattetes modernes sauberes Kurz-Zuhause zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Abholung und Rückgabe der Schlüssel lief problemlos ab.

Super Haus
Wir machen seit Jahren Urlaub in Julianadorp,
Dieses Haus haben wir bereits zum 2. mal gebucht und werden auch kein anderes mehr buchen. Hier ist es schön und vor allem sehr sauber. Leider tat es der Fernseher sowie das WLAN Passwort nicht . Aber wie gesagt die Unterkunft ist einfach klasse.

Geht so...
Am ersten Tag festzustellen, dass es einen Gasherd gibt, jedoch kein Feuerzeug, war schon blöd - somit blieb die Küche für unseren 9 Monate alten Sohn kalt (Geschäfte schließen "rechtzeitig"); WLAN funktionierte nicht (probiert auf 2 Smartphones und einem Laptop --> "Netzwerkschlüssel falsch") --> keine Einsicht der Vermieter TROTZ Videos darüber; einige Spinnen im Haus, die auch schon größer und somit länger im Haus gewesen sein mußten; unsere Stauballergie meldete sich - wahrscheinlich weil im oberen Bereich Teppich und Vohänge schon länger nicht mehr sauber gemacht wurde; mind 850 m Fußweg bis Waschmaschine (anderer Ferienpark); keinerlei Handtücher gestellt, auch nicht für Geschirr; Objekt gut gelgen für Strand; durch Fliesen in Ess-, Küchen- und Wohnbereich ziemlich kalt; Badewanne defekt, was bekannt war, aber noch immer nicht repariert wurde; schön ruhig gelegen; eine Einheit der Hert's defekt; Kaminofen vorhanden und gegen Kauf von Holz auch beheizbar; Parkplatz vor der Tür; es überwiegte leider der negative Teil, da "Villa" etwas anderes vemittelt, für uns "Deutsche"

Wir haben eine schöne und erholsame Woche in der Villa Assurie verbracht.
Es ist ausreichend Platz und Spielzeug für Kinder vorhanden. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Leider gibt es keinen Backofen, sondern ein Mikrowellengrill. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut. Der Strand sowie Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten sind in der unmittelbaren Umgebung zu finden.

Wir fanden im sauberen, zweckmäßig eingerichteten Haus alle benötigten Dinge für das tägliche Leben vor. Besonders angenehm fanden wir die vorhandene Bettwäsche und den großen, offenen Küchen - und Wohnbereich mit Kamin.
Wiedersehen nicht ausgeschlossen!

Sehr schöne Gegend, Haus direkt in der Nähe vom Strand, aber relativ ruhig
Die Vermieterin war sehr nett. Die Villa ist komplett auf Kinder ausgerichtet, alles vorrätig (Spielsachen, Hochstuhl, Gitter an der Treppe, Reisebett usw), schönes großes Wohnzimmer. Der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen und sehr schön! Die Villa ist allerdings etwas außerhalb gelegen, so dass man leider fußläufig keine Geschäfte in der Nähe hatte. Der Ferienpark ist aber dennoch wunderschön angelegt und zu empfehlen!

Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, die Klein-Elektrogeräte könnten aller dings erneuert werden. Die Matratzen sind viel zu weich und das WLAN läuft auch nicht so richtig.
Aber der Strand ist wunderschön und fussläufig. Wir kommen wieder!

Mit Kinder ideal, Preis Leistung passt
Das Haus hat alles gehalten was es zuvor auf den Bildern und im Text versprochen hat. Gerade Spielzeug war in der Tat in Hülle und Fülle, für drinnen und draußen und in einem sehr guten Zustand vorhanden. Auch das Equipment der Küche war ausreichend und in ordentlichem Zustand. Weshalb keine 5 Sterne?
Wir konnten den Bollerwagen leider nicht nutzen, da dieser einer der Vormieter mit einem defekt Rad hinterlassen hat. Der Vermieter hat uns angeboten die Kosten für die Instandsetzung zu übernehmen, aber wir wollten uns darum dann im Urlaub nicht kümmern. Der Vermieter kann natürlich hier gar nichts dafür sondern vielmehr einer der Vormieter, nichtsdestotrotz hat uns der Bollerwagen sehr gefehlt.
Zudem waren zwei Lampen defekt.
Dritter Punkt weshalb es keine fünf Sterne gibt ist, dass es in dem Park für vergleichbares Budget gepflegtere Häuser samt Grundstücke gibt.
Vierter Punkt: Die Waschmaschine hat uns dann doch mehr gefehlt als vermutet. Das ist ausdrücklich keine Kritik am Haus denn das wussten wir zuvor, aber an der Stelle einfach nochmal der Hinweis. Man kann nebenan in der Residence Juliana waschen, was auch reibungslos geklappt hat, aber 5 Euro für eine Ladung Wäsche ist schon ordentlich.
Dieses Haus war das dritte in dem Park welches wir anmieteten. Jeweils ein anderes. Beim ersten mal ohne Kinder, beim zweiten mal mit einem Kind (damals 1 Jahr) beim dritten mal nun in diesem Haus mit zwei Kinder (3,5 und etwas mehr als 1 Jahr).
Fazit:
Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen, da alles auf Kinder ausgelegt ist und das Haus sehr ruhig liegt. Ohne Kinder würde ich jedoch eher nach einem anderen Haus Ausschau halten.

Sehr sauber und gepflegtes Haus für 1-2 Familien
Das Ferienhaus war super gepflegt und sauber. Familienfreundlich war es ebenfalls, es gab Spielzeug, einen Toilettensitz für Kinder und eine Wickelunterlage.
In einem der Schlafzimmer stand ein Gästebett, welches wir super gebrauchen konnten, da unsere Tochter nicht alleine im anderen Zimmer schlafen wollte.
Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, was nicht zuletzt auch an der Unterkunft lag.

Sehr schönes Feriendomizil
Das Haus erfüllt alle Erwartungen an ein geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Urlaubsquartier. Die Küche war mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Für Kinder ist ausreichend Spielzeug vorhanden.. Man kann sich in dem Haus wohl fühlen.
Ein Problem war das Finden der Rezeption, da wir davon ausgegangen sind, dass die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption an der Einfahrt des Ferienparkes uns die Schlüssel aushändigen würden. Deshalb genau die Hinweise der Vermieter beachten. Unweit der Anlage gibt es einen Fahrradverleih, der sehr gut erhaltene Fahrräder anbietet. Die Region eignet sich für ausgedehnte Fahrradtouren und Strandspaziergänge sehr gut. Wir haben sich uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gern noch länger geblieben.

Das Haus war sehr groß und auch für 6 Personen total ausreichend und viel Platz. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Zum Strand 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich.
Lediglich die Schlüsselübergabe war etwas komisch. Es wurde kein Ausweis oder Buchungsbestätigung oder irgendetwas von uns verlangt. Dies ist etwas enttäuschend, da im Prinzip jeder den Schlüssel hätte holen können, ob er gebucht hat oder nicht. Da kann jedoch der Vermieter nichts dafür, da dies über eine andere Rezeption läuft.
Alles in allem Top Haus und Top Urlaub.
