Located in Agios Nikitas, this attractive condo for $152 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Studio Eolos is located on the ground floor next to Studio Estia. It is built of half a meter thick stone wall, which gives a fantastic coolness in summer. The stone is visible inside and offers a nice contrast to the wooden furniture. The furniture is worked by the owner of the house itself and give the room a personal touch. A double bed (1.60 wide) and a single bed can accommodate 3 people. From the room you can access a terrace with outdoor kitchen (2 hot plate gas hob, fridge, sink), dining table, mini-pool (2.85 x 2.30) and BBQ. So you can enjoy the nature and the sea view while preparing a meal. The walk to the beach of the village of Agios Nikitas takes 5 minutes on foot. Here you can spend a relaxing day on the beach, enjoy a refreshment in one of the cafes or try Greek specialties in the taverns. By car (private parking available) you are in a few minutes on Pefkoulia beach (2.5km) or on Kathisma beach (4km). The famous beaches Egremni and Porto Katsiki at the southern tip of the island can be reached in about 45 minutes. In 15 minutes by car in the city of Lefkada, beautiful for an evening walk.

We loved our stay in Villa Christianna. Barbara was the perfect host, discreet but always ready to answer any questions. The location is fantastic, a short and lovely walk down the steps into the village. The outside sitting and kitchen area was great and always had a cooling breeze blowing through. A very relaxing stay.

Erholung pur!
Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in der Villa Christianna verbracht und uns dort sofort absolut wohl gefühlt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir genossen in vollen Zügen die schöne Außenküche und die Terrasse mit dem wunderschönen Olivenbaum. Erfreulich fanden wir auch die Nähe zu vielen Stränden sowie den schönen Tavernen in Agios Nikitas. Vielen Dank an Barbara und Nikos - ihr habt ein kleines Paradies geschaffen, das wir nur weiter empfehlen können.

Beautfiul, spacious property
This property is very well done, and very much exceeded our expectations (I would encourage the owners to add more photos that show the true beauty of their home). It is very well furnished and well-equiped for "outdoor living". The outdoor kitchen and pool area makes it very tempting to "stay at home" all the time, but you should also visit the pretty village of Agios Nikitas (5 mins walk), with a number of good places to eat, and the stunning Milos beach (20 mins walk).
Barbara and Nikos were great hosts. Very good English speakers, and very friendly, but not intrusive. We felt that our privacy was respected, even though they were always nearby for anything we needed.
I would highly recommend a stay at this property, and hope to visit again myelf. Thank you!

Great location
Feels like coming home on vacation. Owners give an enormous freedom and you will completely relax. Nice location with nice restaurants where Lefkada is a wonderful island for daily trips to beautiful white beaches. Car is advisable.

Urlaub bei Freunden
Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthaltes bei Barbara und Nikos sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war wie ein Urlaub bei Freunden.
Alles entsprach unseren Erwartungen: die Lage, die Sauberkeit, die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, einfach die ganze Atmossphäre war sensationell.
Hier gibt es nichts zu kritisieren, sondern nur Lob: 2 x pro Woche Handtuchwechsel und Bettwäsche, Zwischenreinigung, die vielen Tips von Barbara und Nikos, die netten Gespräche.....
Wir hoffen, bald wieder auf der sonnigen Insel Lefkada urlauben zu können

Absolut empfehlenswert , toller Urlaub in schöner Umgebung
Wir hatten superschöne 2 Wochen in der Wohnung Eolos. Vor allem die Aussenküche mit der schönen Terrasse und dem Daybed hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit, ohne jemals aufdringlich zu sein. Schön waren auch die regelmäßigen Besuche der Hauskatzen, die wir sehr genossen haben. Mehrmals in der Woche gab es frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Außerdem haben uns die Vermieter schöne Tips für Restaurants, Ausflüge etc. gegeben. Der Ort Agios Nikitas hat uns auf der Insel am besten gefallen. Einige Tavernen und Lebensmittelmärkte sind problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der schöne Strand von Agios Nikitas und der noch schönere Strand Milos sind ebenfalls fussläufig erreichbar. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

E' stato amore a prima vista! L'appartamento è meraviglioso, semplice ma curato nei minimi dettagli. Praticamente si vive fuori e si ha tutto: la cucina, la griglia, la piscinetta idromassaggio. Grande, grande feeling.
Da non sottovalutare la presenza del posto macchina che, ad Agios Nikitas, è spesso introvabile.
Barbara e il marito sono due persone stupende, gentili, cordiali, simpatiche e molto disponibili. Super consigliato.

Romantisch, komfortabel - eine Oase mit Meerblick
Sehr schöne gepflegte Unterkunft mit großem Outdoor Bereich mit Daybed, einem großen Whirpool, gut ausgestatteter Küche und Grillmöglichkeit.
Barbara und Nikos sind sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter, die immer behilflich waren.
Wenn auch unser Aufenthalt durch einen Unfall überschattet war, so kommen wir sehr gerne wieder.

Home Sweet Home
Da Nikos e Barbara ogni anno è come tornare a casa perché oltre alla bellezza dell'isola, che conosciamo da quasi trent'anni, la loro disponibilità e accoglienza calorosa rendono la nostra vacanza indimenticabile. L'appartamento, arredato con stile e sempre pulitissimo, sarebbe ideale per 3 persone,ma noi pur avendo 2 bambini piccoli stiamo comunque bene, anche se un po' stretti. La comodità consiste nel fatto che la cucina è esterna e quindi per mangiare non manca lo spazio, per noi questo è molto importante perché con due bambini c'è bisogno di pranzare a casa. I nostri pasti sono allietati dalla vista stupenda di mare e ulivi e dal profumo intenso delle erbe aromatiche. Quest'idillio fa sì che talvolta ci si dimentichi di andare in spiaggia nel pomeriggio, preferendo una buona lettura sotto il pergolato con colonna sonora di cicale. L'entrata agli appartamenti e il giardino sono curatissimi, la pietra dei muretti impreziosisce la struttura e fa contrasto con l'azzurro del cielo e con i colori delle piante in vaso e rampicanti. Penso di aver reso l'idea della bellezza e della pace che contraddistinguono questo angolo della Grecia, questo è un luogo ormai impresso nel nostro cuore da molti anni e rifugio dell'anima nelle grige giornate invernali...

Prima vacanza greca
L'ospitalità di Nikos e Barbara è stata fantastica, sempre molto gentili e disponibili per ogni dubbio o bisogno in ogni momento.
Lo studio è molto coccolo e carino, ha tutto quel che serve per passare un ottima vacanza in tranquillità. In pochi minuti a piedi si può raggiungere il centro del paese e le bellissime spiaggie.
Abbiamo passato una splendida vacanza e lo consigliamo spassionatamente per chi vuole staccare la spina dallo stress di tutti i giorni.

Urlaub bei Freunden Johanna und Manfred
Spät sind wir angekommen, bei Barbara und Nikos und wurden trotzdem schon erwartet und herzlich begrüßt. Unsere Unterkunft stellt sich als noch viel schöner dar, als im Internet zu sehen war. Die sprichwörtliche Sauberkeit ist kaum zu toppen und auch der häufige Wäsche- und Handtuchwechsel war sehr angenehm.
Was das wunderbare Wohngefühl aber aus macht, sind die vielen liebevollen Kleinigkeiten, mit denen das Studio dekoriert ist. Hier eine hübsche Laterne, da ein paar Teelichter, Räucherspiralen gegen event. Mücken usw.
Die kleine Singelküche auf der Terrasse reichte uns vollkommen aus und war mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Bei uns war der Kühlschrank sogar mit einem kleinen "Starterpaket" Getränke gefüllt und zur Begrüßung gab's eine Flasche Rotwein. Toll!
Mit sämtlichen "Problemchen" konnte man zu Barbara und Nikos kommen, es wurde einem immer geholfen. Hier fühlt man sich nicht wie ein zahlender Kunde, sondern wie ein wirklich gern gesehener Gast,
Wir werden mit Sicherheit einmal wieder kommen, um diese Gastfreundschaft zu genießen.
Zudem haben wir nach vielen Ausflügen über die Insel festgestellt, dass wir für uns an dem einzig wahren Ort gelandet sind, nämlich Agios Nikitas, mit seinem schönen Strand (Nebensaison), den vielen leckeren Tavernen und den so herzlichen Menschen. Wir fühlten uns hier unter Freunden ... und der Abschied fiel sehr schwer, besoders von der ganzen Truppe unserer "Haustaverne" "TO STECKI", wo wir immer sehr herzlich empfangen und verwöhnt wurden.
Wer ohne die großen Sehenswürdigkeiten auskommen kann, dafür eine wunderschöne, grüne und bergige Insel zum Relaxen sucht und die Begegnung mit liebenswerten, herzlichen Menschen sucht, ist auf Lefkas am richtigen Ort. Uns wird dieser Urlaub immer in toller Erinnerung bleiben.
Barbara und Nikos wünschen wir für die Zukunft alles, alles Gute, dass die Verschönerungen und Verbesserungen, die sie tägl. betreiben weiterhin so gut gelingen - und grüßen noch ganz herzlich Hauskater Sammy, der immer ein bischen bettel kam, was wir sehr genossen.

Traumurlaub
Bei Barbara und Nikos ist man gut aufgehoben und kann sich super erholen!
Das schöne Studio liegt ganz bezaubernd inmitten eines gepflegten Gartens mit Blick auf die Bucht von Agios Nikitas. Auf einer Veranda die mit Weinreben beschattet ist, kann man kochen! Das Studio ist mit einem sehr bequemen Bett ausgestattet. Der kleine autofreie Ort liegt unten am Meer, wo sich auch viele Lokale und Geschäfte befinden. Ein kleiner Weg mit einem zauberhaften Blick auf die Bucht führt in ca. 5 Minuten vom Apartment hinunter. Der Weg ist jedoch nicht steil.
Habe den besten Urlaub seit Jahren dort verbracht!!

Eine Oase abseits vom Trubel - sehr zu empfehlen
Als treue Griechenland-Touris, die schon dies und jenes dort gesehen und erlebt haben, waren wir begeistert von der geschmackvoll eingerichteten, kleinen Wohnung "Eolos", die wir im August 2010 bewohnt haben. Besonders hat uns die Mini-Küche auf der Terrasse gefallen - was gibt es praktischeres in einem Land, in dem man so viel wie möglich draußen verbringen will? Die Wohnung hält auch im Hochsommer sehr angenehme Temperaturen, wenn man tagsüber Fenster und Türen geschlossen hält. In der Nacht kann dann Durchzug gemacht werden (ist uns immer wichtig zur heißen Jahreszeit). Die (vorhandene) Klimaanlage (und den TV) haben wir nicht benutzen müssen. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Vermieterpaar ist äußerst sympathisch und sorgt unauffällig und sehr aufmerksam für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und hilft jederzeit gern weiter, wenn es Fragen gibt (der Abschied fiel mal wieder schwer).
Im Ortskern ist man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten, die nicht lang werden, da der Weg sehr pitoresk ist, wenn man den Umweg über die Hauptstraße meidet.
Obwohl diese Hauptstraße unterhalb der Wohnung entlangführt, fühlten wir uns nicht gestört. Es ist nicht die "absolute Stille", aber auch für Menschen wie uns, die zu Hause sehr ruhig wohnen, gab es keinen Anlass zur Klage (insbesondere unser Nachtschlaf bis deutlich jenseits der Frühaufsteher-Grenze ist uns heilig). Die Attraktion: der Esel auf einem der Nachbargrundstücke, der nach seinen eigenen Regeln eine Zeitansage in die Welt posaunt.
Der Ort Agios Nikitas ist in der Hochsaison äußerst belebt, der Ortsstrand ist dicht belegt. Abends hat er trotz der Massen noch ein gewisses griechisches Flair bewahrt.
Wenn man motorisiert ist, findet man hier einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für viele interessante Ausflüge in das interessante Innere der Insel; auch die Hauptstadt ist nicht weit. Kurzum: wer in Griechenland nicht auf der Suche nach dem "all-inclusive-super-hotel" mit Pool und Animation ist, sondern einen ruhigen und gelungenen Individualurlaub plant und trotzdem einen belebten Urlaubsort vor der Tür haben will, der ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Und wenn man vom Trubel des Ortes genug hat - zurück in die Oase "Eolos"!

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub
Wir waren im Studio Artemis untergebracht, welches sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet ist und unseren Anforderungen mehr als gerecht wurde.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hatten immer ein offenes Ohr für unsere Anfragen, auch unsere 1,5 Jahre alte Tochter hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Studios liegen sehr ruhig, an den Strand bzw. zu den Lokalen sind es jedoch nur einige Schritte.
Der September stellte sich als perfekte Reisezeit heraus, nicht allzu heiß und wir konnten auch viele Touren mit unserem Mietwagen unternehmen.
Die Wohnung, das Dorf sowie die gesamte Insel sind wirklich zauberhaft, wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Die Besitzer, die oben im Haus wohnen sind sehr sympathisch und gastfreundlich.

Wir waren im Juni 2009 für 3 Wochen in der Wohneinheit Eolus und müssen sagen es war traumhaft. Die Fotos im Internet stimmen zu 100%. Es ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden sehr oft gewechselt. Es wird immer gefragt, ob irgendetwas benötigt wird. Auch müssen wir uns sehr bedanken, dass unsere Gastgeber, als wir ärztliche Hilfe brauchten uns tatkräftig zu Seite standen!
Der kleine Garten war für unsere Kinder ideal zum Spielen und die Terrasse mit dem gepflegten Liegebett war toll zum Entspannen und Buch lesen.
Kochen im Freien hat einen besonderen Flair!
Der Weg zum Dorf und zum Dorfstrand war mit unseren Kindern kein Problem. Im Dorf kann man sehr gut essen und alle sind sehr, sehr kinderfreundlich.
Bedanken müssen wir uns auch bei unseren Gastgebern für die guten Ausflugtipps! Es gibt wirklich traumhaft schöne Strände auf dieser Insel!
