Over all, it was a pleasant experience. I would stay again!

Loved the Sauna. I liked the peaceful setting.

On the day of check out, one of the staff at the front desk wasn't too friendly.

Clean and quiet. Much better than staying in the center of Seoul.

Bathroom had a bath and two showers, and a separated toilet. Staff was super helpful. Located right in front of Sinbundang line subway station. So easy to go to Gangnam and Pangyo

Some of the staff were not very friendly. Sad that the pool is closedown.

I’d stay again!

clean, comfortable and the available laundry facilities were good. very close to the station as well for ease of daily commuting.

Clean. Easy access to the subway to the downtown of Seoul.

They will charge the parking and additional room occupation fee if you would arrive earlier than 3pm, the official check in time. That's not what I have usually expected in the other hotels.

Superb

Location is perfect if you use public transportation. Breakfast is excellent with a lot of choices. Great value for money.

Don't expect any view.

Great place to take rest from daily routine

I enjoyed a lot the location of the hotel, and all facilities in the hotel including spa and swimming pool. It is my second time staying in this hotel. And it is always pleasant to come back!

it's pretty good actually. though it's too far from the city but for me it's worth to stay here.

Too warm in the room

The terrace suite was spacious and well furnished, bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was nice and the deep bathtub was a plus.

The room temperature was too warm. Typically Korean hotels don't allow much control over the temperature in the rooms but this particular hotel seemed rather stingy with the cool air. The air conditioner control in the room was only able to be set as low as 22.0 degrees but the room never got cooler than 24.5. It was too warm and we didn't sleep well.
