This Jensen Beach open concept home with stunning 18’ ceiling, large kitchen, two family/great rooms, large 18’ X 38’ HEATED pool, on a spacious 1 acre. This is a 4,400 square foot estate home that can sleep 14 plus. The home has 6 bedrooms with 4 king beds and a pool table on the second floor open room. The home is located on a lake with tennis court in the development. Less than 10 minutes away from the Atlantic ocean beach (4 miles) and 10 minutes away from the Treasure Coast Mall and many restaurants and shopping. 50 minutes away from popular destinations such as Downtown West Palm Beach, Palm Beach International Airport and 2 hours away from Disney and Orlando. This house is perfectly suited for groups that want to share one location full of entertainment and activities for all. And PET friendly. Front Entrance to home: Double doors open to main foyer with 18ft ceilings and stairway and second floor balcony. From the front entrance you’ll have a beautiful view of the great room thru to pool then lake. Large open kitchen equipped with granite counter tops & electric stove. Plenty of seating includes a huge island counter top that seats 8, plus table seating in kitchen breakfast area and dining area. Main great room with beautiful views of pool and back yard offers plentiful seating on comfy sectional couch and lounge chairs. There is an upright piano is the room. Couch pulls out to a twin bed. 60” Flat Screen TV. (10 free HBO, Prime and Netflix!! NFL RedZone, College Football Games as well as NBA,) TV room/Family Room with beautiful view of pool has a fireplace and 70” HD TV. Two sofas can seat 10 people. A comfortable Queen air bed provides additional sleeping quarters in this room that has double doors that can close for privacy. A full bathroom leads to pool area from this room. Bedrooms: 1st Master bedroom ---Large master bedroom offers King bed with 60” flat screen TV. Private full bathroom. 2nd Guest bedroom has Full and shares a full bath. 3rd Guest bedroom has King bed and shares a full bath. 50” flat screen TV. 4th Guest bedroom has King bed and shares a full bath. 40 flat screen 5th Bedroom is a King bed private suite. It is on the second floor with a private full bathroom and a balcony overlooking the pool and back yard. 40 “ flat screenTV. This bed can fold up (Murphy Bed) and the room becomes the pool (billiards) room. 6th Bedroom/Loft (2nd floor, small) contains a full size futon bed and shares a full bath. 35” flat screen TV. Laundry Room with washer and dryer off kitchen. Pool and Deck has large covered area with many tables, chairs, a couch and 16’ X 38’ HEATED pool. The pool had a new heating system installed in February 2019. There is a child safety fence available that surrounds the pool. Pool volleyball is available along with a gas grill and LED lights. Back yard leads to the lake and has a large open area for yard games (corn hole game at house). We also have a High chair, changing table, 3 wheel walking/running stroller, 2 folding strollers and portable crib. Jensen Beach has its own mall and full shopping plaza (3 miles) for gas, dunkin donuts, groceries (Publix), liquor store, nail salon, Italian, Chinese and Subway. Delivery available from most. (menus at the house for your convenience). Drive 10 mins and you are in the Beautiful Downtown of Stuart named the #1 Small Costal Town in the USA. Check out the shopping, dining and awesome boardwalk on the Indian River. Maybe you can catch a performance at the Lyric Theatre in Stuart or a play or musical at The Kravis Center just 45 mins south in West Palm Beach! Golf Courses are everywhere in Martin County. There are 65 golf courses within 20 miles of Jensen Beach. Jensen Beach is a small coastal town on the Southeast coast of Florida near some of the best waters (Atlantic Ocean & Indian River) for boating & fishing, beach going and golfing in the region. It s a haven for boaters, surfers, scuba divers, beach-goers, shoppers, tennis players and nature enthusiasts, boasting some of the most impressive beach vistas, and warm, turquoise waters around. Our house is ideally located, making it an easy access point for all the activities, sports and nightlife in Jensen Beach & Stuart and the surrounding metropolitan areas of West Palm Beach, Boca Raton to Orlando. PETS: Only 2 dogs/ pets allowed max on the property. We require a nonrefundable pet fee of $100 per pet to be assessed per week. Guests are required to clean up after dogs using waste disposal bags provided. Please notify us that you are bringing the animals prior to arrival.

This property was the perfect place for our family of four married children and seven grandchildren under 8. There was a place for everyone to sleep and plenty of room at meal time. We were in the area to attend Cardinal baseball's Spring Training and to use the beach as well. The pool at the house is a salt water pool which was a real plus. The heated pool was a bit chilly at 79 degrees during cooler weather. The entire family said this was a favorite vacation. Between baseball, the beach, and the pool there was more to do than we could manage in one week. We had people flying from Rhode Island, San Francisco, and Louisville and the airports used were easily accessible from Jensen Beach which was a plus. I highly recommend this property.

This house has everything a group could ask for. 2 Great rooms (huge TV) gave my family enough space that we still liked each other after 3 days. The pool is heated and has plenty of room around the pool for entertaining. The kitchen is ABSOLUTELY beautiful with a large island that we had plenty of room to gather. The owners are wonderful people to deal with. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

We were excited to find this property for our adult children and families all to stay in one place. Our Father/ Grandfather was celebrating his 95th birthday and we were able to gather and have a nice dinner with cake and the works! The owner was very prompt about getting back with us any time we had a question. We would have loved to have a few more beach towels there, and beach chairs might have been nice, also. This property definitely has more personal family stuff sitting out than other places we have stayed before.... but overall is a comfortable, nice house to stay in.
