Situated in Coolum Beach, this lovely house for $136 per night is a great option for your next vacation. PET FRIENDLY - Ideal Home away from home for couples or small family groups. No extra charges for linen, pet fees etc. Smart TV, NBN internet via wi-fi is available and is included in the Tariff. Billy’s Beach Retreat is the ideal place to relax, enjoy the beautiful beaches and explore the Sunshine Coast, Hinterland Villages & the various local markets. It is about 400m (5mins) walk to the beach and about 10mins walk to restaurants, shops and Coolum Surf Club The home is well appointed and comfortable with the kitchen and living area recently renovated.There is a large patio area off the living room with an adjustable folding arm awning. Alternatively, you can relax under the large umbrella at the front of the house where you can enjoy an ocean view. For your entertainment there’s a Hisense Smart TV with Foxtel connected. There’s also a range of games, books and DVD’s. The yard is fully fenced, where your pets can enjoy the flat lawn or explore the small natural bush area at the back of the house. Pets are allowed inside but we ask that they be kept off the lounge and beds. Stumer’s Creek is a popular local off leash beach where they can swim in either the still water or surf. The off leash area extends for 1km either side of the creek. Billy’s is a peaceful destination for all to enjoy with access to all amenities.

Billy's Beach Retreat had everything we needed for our three night stay. Every utensil you could think of was there. The outside eating area, which was in the pet safe area, was comfortable and cool. The area out the front with the cantilever umbrella was ideal for afternoon drinks with nice afternoon breezes and a view of the sea. We can definitely recommend this Retreat to other dog owners. Everything you could ask for in a holiday rental especially if you have a furry family member.As my husband is not as agile as he used to be we found the location a bit of a challenge as we had to get the car out every time we wanted to go anywhere even to main street which somewhat spoilt the experience for us, but perfect for fit people who can walk up steep hills We were missing a essential item but within a hour of us reporting this to owner we were accommodated .Lovely spot for a family & plenty of space for everyone. Overall a nice welcoming friendly clean home with everything you could want or need.

Billy’s place was one of the best pet friendly stays that we have experienced in the 15 years we have been travelling with our pooch. Great location, wonderfully presented, comfortable and spacious. Highly recommended.

Had a great time with our family, having our fur baby with us meant we spent so much time together. Beach walks in the mornings for sunrise and quiet walks along the sometimes empty beach in the afternoon. Rainy days just relaxing at home on the lounge.

First arrived Musty dog smelling house.Walking outside Fresh large dog feasies in yard. Lounge strong dog smell on left side Yard not safe for small dogs Gap in fence up side of yard. One Kitchen Overhead Light Not working One Lounge Light not working Bathroom light not working (we replaced it with New one that was in cupboard. Carpets had dog hair Not cleaned. Had problems with TV but fixed ourselves Advised Owner. Overall disappointed as we had to supervise our dogs when they were outside. Beds very Comfortable

This is a lovely clean and comfortable beach house 10 min walk to the beach and Main Street in Coolum. The kitchen is well equipped and the garden has very pleasant sitting areas. Communication with the owners was excellent and check in happened with no issues. Coolum has a dog friendly beach with fantastic off leash areas. Our pups loved it. We loved our time there and would definitely stay there again.

We always have such a great stay at Billy's. Everything you need is there and it's in the best location. We are very thankful that Billy's is pet friendly so our dogs can enjoy our holiday as much as we do. Ken and Desley are always helpful and offer a wonderdul service which is a great bonus. Perfect holiday home away from home :)

Loved the place, was super close to the beach and Coolum shops. The house was also very private and had a really cute outdoor area for our puppy. Also was surprised at how many cutlery and crockery options as well as kitchen tools for cooking with. Thankyou!

Great property, we had a wonderful stay, very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space and great outdoor area. Big kitchen. Location was great for us, about 800 m to town but only short walk to water. Highly recommended.

Desley and Ken made our stay in Coolum amazing. The house is geared towards your fur kid and the little extras were greatly appreciated. Easy walk to town and very neat and tidy.

This was a very comfortable, well appointed property with a lovely fenced garden. We felt quite safe about bringing our dog with us on holiday for the first time. We were close to the beach and a short drive to the off leash dog beach. It was a steep walk back up the hill, but otherwise perfect! Coolum is a lovely area.
