朝食のマグロ海鮮丼、夜食のお茶漬け、大浴場のアイスキャンディ、フロント横のドリンクバーなど、サービスがとても良かったです。
エレベーター待ちが長く、部屋が途中の階で満員で乗れないこともあった。

ホテル全体もお部屋も清潔感があり清掃が行き届いていました。アメニティもフロント前に豊富に設置されておりました。大浴場もあり、私は入らなかったのですが同僚は夜遅くと朝早くに入りに行ったそうで、どちらも人が少なく広くて気持ちがよかったとのことです。ベッドも心地よく、朝までゆっくり休むことができました。
部屋の足元の角の梁や、姿鏡の淵が一部剥がれていました。過去に両面テープで応急処置的な修繕をしている箇所が再度剥がれている、といった様子でした。どちらも足や手を引っ掛けそうになってしまいました。せっかく綺麗にしているお部屋の清潔感を下げるイメージもあったので、きちんと直した方が良いと思います。

Close location to amenities. Booked in an emergency due to another hotel in Chiba being horrific at check in. Hotel was clean, staff were nice. Very basic but suited for 2 nights
Very, very basic. Had stayed in the Aloft Tokyo Ginza before so this was a bump down
