Everything was amazing. The apartment was spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The facilities were very good they had a pool a sauna a playground a football field for kids to play in. The location was the best in bakuriani there was a fair in front of the hotel and a cable car to the top of the mountain which was only 5 min away by walking. The receptions was very kind ( thank you maryam ) and helped us during our stay. The apartment was SPOTLESS and very modern. Our room even came with a balcony. The views from the balcony were out of a fairytale. The apartment was very worth it. I recommend this hotel/apartment to anyone with kids or a family.

We stayed at Orbi Hotel Bakuriani during winter skiing season and had a great experience.
The location is perfect for skiing.
The rooms are warm and comfortable.
The view of the snowy mountains is beautiful.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
The hotel is clean and well-maintained.
Easy access to ski slopes.
Good value for the price.
Peaceful and cozy atmosphere.
Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable winter stay.

Location is good, as it is very close to the Crystal ski center. Room size is good, also the bathroom was ok, no problem with hot water. Electric kettle and cups are provided. Linen and towels are clean.
Room temperature needs to be increased. Sofa in the sitting room needs repair or replacement (but the personnel provided a good folding bed instead, which is appreciated). Swimming pool is too small, it is actually for the kids.
