We loved the cosy, welcoming atmosphere of the hotel, which really comes from the lovely family who runs it. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect — right in the centre and close to the shops, restaurants and Central Park.
There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like about our stay. Everything was as described, and we were very happy with the hotel.

Good value for the money. The location is convenient, rooms are cleaned daily, and breakfast is decent enough to get the day started.
The facilities are pretty worn out. In one of the rooms, the hairdryer didn't work, and none of the nightstand lights were working either.

The location is right in the touristy area of Borjomi. The bedroom was clean and the staff was very attentive. We really enjoyed our stay there. Would definitely book it again if we ever come back.
Right before we were leaving, we stopped having water in our room. Lucky we'd already showered.

Room is just "to sleep"; electricity extensions ; noisy (when in bed, people talking in the hallway were like standing next to my bed); shower door did not close; "balcony" giving out on a wall.
