I think it is one of the best hotels in Jermuk. Perfect view, large swimming pool, tasty and large variety of food, very friendly personnel. We are there on a regular basis and tried several hotels in the area and coming back to this one.
I think they are making it better already with an outside pool installation. I only wished there were sun umbrellas outside by the swimming pool.

Overall, we had a good stay at the hotel, and there were several things we really enjoyed. The location is beautiful, with a lovely backyard, and we were lucky to get an amazing room with a beautiful view. The room was comfortable, well equipped, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was also very nice and was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
Overall, the beautiful location, wonderful room and view, comfortable facilities, and good breakfast were definite positives. With more attentive service, modernization of the hotel and spa areas, and improvements to the dinner options, the hotel could offer a much better and more memorable experience.
There are several areas that could be improved. Unfortunately, the concierge service upon our arrival was not very good, and we did not feel particularly welcomed or well taken care of. Not all of the staff were as helpful as we expected, which affected the overall experience.
The hotel and especially the spa area also feel quite outdated and would benefit from modernization. The spa, in particular, could have a much more relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. At the moment, some parts of it reminded us more of an old Soviet-era hospital than a modern spa. With warmer design, better atmosphere, and some renovation, the experience could be significantly improved.
We also tried dinner at the hotel once, but unfortunately, we were not impressed with the food. The vermicelli soup was more like porridge, and the fried vermicelli was not very good either. There were also not many appealing dinner options. Breakfast, on the other hand, was very good.
Another disappointment was that my wife celebrated her birthday during our stay, but the hotel did not acknowledge it at all. We did not expect anything special, but even a simple birthday greeting or small gesture would have been appreciated and would have made us feel more welcomed and valued.

We spent nine wonderful days at Jermuk Hotel & Spa as a family of four, and it was simply exceptional. This was honestly one of the best holidays we’ve had in many years.
Everything at the hotel is thoughtfully designed to help you truly relax. You don’t have to think about any of the little day-to-day logistics that usually take up your time. Your day naturally flows around breakfast, lunch, dinner, and the excellent wellness and medical treatments in the beautifully run medical centre. It is a wonderfully stress-free way to spend a holiday.
Every member of staff was genuinely kind, attentive, and caring. We’d especially like to thank Hermine, who gave us our underwater massage treatments with such professionalism and warmth.
The location is breathtaking. The hotel sits high above a spectacular gorge, surrounded by beautiful nature. The sun terraces offer magnificent views, as does the swimming pool, making it difficult to ever want to leave.
The hotel itself is new and beautifully designed, so everything feels modern, fresh, comfortable, and a pleasure to use.
The food deserves a special mention as well. We initially thought we might go out to try local restaurants, but we never felt the need. Every meal was delicious, varied, and of consistently high quality.
Getting here is also surprisingly easy. The hotel can arrange a transfer from Yerevan Airport, and around two and a half hours later you arrive in what feels like paradise—a place where everything is taken care of and all you have to do is enjoy yourself.
A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Jermuk Hotel & Spa for making our stay so memorable. We will most definitely be back.

Amount of procedures, friendly staff, lots of dishes on meals, nice pool and a small gym, clean air.
Very tasty fruit tea at the bar. And the nice worker ❤️
1. One of the cleaners doesn't do her work well: When we moved in, the rug wasn't clean - some breadcrumbs and hair. It repeated each time after her work. Also she didn't put the face towels, and tucking in the bed linen. While the other cleaner is just a fairy of cleanliness! ❤️
2. Torn bed sheets, burnt marks from cigarettes on curtains, chips on cups and plates, anti-mosquito net that opens and closes by the wind (so you can't set it for a night - the sound of open/closing won't let you sleep)...
3. The in-hotel bars (near the entrance and near the gym) both are served by only one person; also, from food there is only a pizza (3 types)

5. Related to 4 - one day, there was a VERY LOUD and BRIGHT disco party right before our balcony. As the curtains aren't blackout ones, and the music was such loud that (with closed door to balcony) our headphones' ANC could not cope with it. And we were choking after 30m with closed door, so opened it. So, it became more loud. Because of this, and frequent bright flashes, we couldn't sleep.
6. One day, on both breakfast and lunch, there was a spoiled compote (with gas and dasted a bit alcoholic). After telling this to a staff on breakfast, nothing changed.
