the lake and the kids playgrounds were great

no accessible market so you have to take everything you need with you especially kids snacks and necessities

Beautiful view of Lake Sevan and the mountains. I loved the cool clean lake water, and the lounge chairs on the beach.

Equipped beaches and access to water, cleanliness, the area is well taken care of, decent food

Technical flaws — non-working shower drainage, sewer smell from the sink (there was no siphon, just a straight pipe by design so nothing to block the smell). The shower drainage also turned out to be a known issue, an original design mistake which was a shame, standing in a dirty “lake” when showering isn’t pleasant. There was lack of shelves and hangers for clothes despite plenty of wardrobes, should be super easy to add extra hangers and it’d be a game changer. We never got a spare roll of toilet paper even after we asked which is weird as the towels were changed every day for example. Some details are well taken care of, some are totally missed while they are important. The area is nice but a bit too small to spend more than 3-4 days there. The food was decent but there were no descriptions for what is what or what ingredients were used which was confusing and brought down the experience. It’d be also nice to add water taps/showers to wash off sand from your feet when leaving the beach.

The cottage we have received was not very clean, the back door when we opened was full of bugs, the beds were not in good conditions (tables all broken). The restaurant in the place is not bad and the personal is super friendly, however the food included on the package (breakfast and dinner) was not good at all in terms of quality and variety. We even preferred to had dinner on the restaurant and pay extra.

By my standard it is perfect for a family or group stay who wants peace and quiet. The property is well staffed and well maintained. There are many amenities that are good for relaxation, specially the playground options for kids. I love the hard work of the housekeepers and how they change towels and slippers every day!! It’s awesome!

Breakfast and dinner menus are almost similar, but could be improved with an addition or change of menu.
