Perfect location in the city center, well connected with every possible means of transport (bus, minibus, metro, taxi). Friendliest staff ever met in a Ibis hotel (check your birthday date when you stay there and you may get a nice surprise). Wonderful breakfast, with plenty of choice and also local dishes. Spacious rooms, clean and soundproof, very thorough room service. Extra services at no price (shoe-cleaning machine, ATM and money change in the hotel lobby, open 24 hours a day).
In a daily experience, everything at the hotel is perfectly fine as it is.

Location was fab, everything is walking distance
Noisy at night (lots of cars revving and noise from the street) in the rooms on street side (eg 737). Had to wear earplugs

Perfect location, excellent value. Extremely clean.
Staff at reception HAVE TO LEARN TO SMILE WHEN YOU APPROACH THEM!
Also could be friendlier. They are quite robotic and it feels like you’re talking to a machine. They are very efficient, and professional, but they need a bit of character.
