the breakfast is amazing . there is verity and the change few things and you can order your own eggs. the staff is nice and accommodating. even though we had few hiccups with the room they didn't respond and tried to help. the AC wasn't working on the day we arrived . they didn't listen and send people to fix it. we put in my moms icepack with them in to be frozen ( for her diabetes medication) they mistakenly put it in the fridge instead. btu then they got us ice instead to help . the room is clean and the cleaning ladies are nice. the location is great. in the middle of the city close to many places.
there is no space infront of the hotel for a car to stop its a public road and sometimes the parking is full. its not thier fault but it does sometime get annoying as the drivers use it as an excuse to ask you to wait for them on the road. i had elderly parents and it was hot so it was difficult. the AC took a whole day to fix. the staff at the front desk was great at listening and escalating and it did get fixed. also even when it worked the AC strength wasnt much, but i beleive this is the case in general in armenia as it looks like all the hotels i stayed in had similar strength in AC. the single room is quit small. while it was enough for me as i was on my own and managed to get organized but having a bigger room would have been nice . also the location on google map is not correct it takes you to the opposite side of the road.

Republica Hotel was the perfect base for my stay in Yerevan. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of all the main sights, restaurants, cafés and Republic Square. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always happy to help with recommendations and any questions I had. The hotel was comfortable, well maintained and made exploring the city very easy. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yerevan and would happily stay here again.

Great breakfast with a good variety of options.
However, the reception experience was disappointing. We arrived late at night, and check-in took about 30 minutes because our Booking.com reservation couldn’t be found. It was eventually located only after I suggested searching by phone number, which worked immediately.
We were also asked to pay a deposit for minibar use, but after clarification, it turned out to be optional.
Additionally, while waiting, we witnessed another guest being assigned to an already occupied room, which was concerning.
Overall, the front desk felt disorganized, which is not what you would expect from a hotel of this level.
