What I liked most about my stay was the hotel’s location One of the staff members, Inga, was exceptionally friendly and had a great service minded attitude.
Most of the staff seemed quite young and unprofessional and many of them could barely speak English especially the male staff members.
The coffee from the breakfast machine tasted terrible and seemed very old. The hotel definitely needs to invest in a new coffee machine. The quality was a huge contrast compared to the coffee served at the bar café.
The breakfast staff weren’t very attentive either they were slow to clear empty dishes from tables often standing around chatting instead of taking care of guests. The breakfast selection itself was quite limited with very few options suitable for children this really needs improvement.
We also had an issue during our stay and requested to speak with the manager but we were told she was too busy with her work to meet us. We waited two days and eventually gave up. On our last day, just three hours before check-out, the manager finally reached out but by then it was too late.
It’s disappointing that such a beautiful hotel is let down by unprofessional service and poor management. Sadly i decieed to move to another hotel for a better service.
