Очень уютная гостиница в самом центре города. Прекрасный персонал готовый помочь в любом вопросе - предоставили паркинг и сопроводили до него, всегда дружелюбные! Чисто, убирались каждый день и не забывали все обновлять! Завтраки - одни из самых лучших, которых мне доводилось видеть!
Кровать брали queen size - но матрасов оказалось два маленьких. Хотя в конце красиво заправили с большим топпингом, было удобно.

Great location in the vibrant center of Yerevan. Facilities are commendable (there is a good spa and the bathrooms are beautiful). The decoration is in old European style (but very recent), which gives to the place a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast room at the top floor offers a stunning view.

its location is superb
and decor is grand
the facilities like heating lighting tv was not working properly
the staff did not communicate well and could not sort out the facility issues
the property is over priced for what facilities are available and the staff do not act like they are serving a 5 star property
