The location and staff where was very friendly and helpful
We had two rooms: one triple and one double. We requested a late checkout because my mother is 83 years old and our flight was late at night. The hotel kindly allowed us to keep one room until 6:00 p.m.; however, there was an additional charge of €100, which felt quite high to us. Initially, we were informed that a late checkout would not be possible as the hotel was fully booked. When we mentioned that we were happy to pay for the extra time, a room became available. We would have appreciated clearer communication about this from the beginning.

This was my second stay at Kantar Hotel. I like the location, it is in walking distance to all that is worth seeing in Yerevan. The price-quality ratio of the hotel is optimal. I think breakfast used to be better, but it is still good enough.
Reaching the Reception upon arrival can be tricky, especially if the Security person is not around. The view from all of the rooms is not cheerful, but that is not the hotel's fault. I have been at 2 rooms and 1 apartment and in each of them the hose from the bath tap to the shower head were heavily leaking, It is a huge waste of water, but also the water pressure in the shower head gets quite weak. For precision - room 34 and apartment 44 were the latest.

The hotel is run jointly with a hostel, which makes it in part backpacker territory. The breakfast has a nice atmosphere, as the room is organized around the kitchen where a few staff members work tirelessly to refill what is on offer. I would say that the food provided is very simple but fresh and it all reminded me a bit of breakfast at institutions, with people being quite mindful of each other. I think mileage can vary enormously at this place; as a hotel, I think it is "ok" ... with fairly comfortable simple rooms that are spotlessly clean.
Check-in was at 3 pm, pretty much not a minute earlier, which I found a little tiresome having arrived from an overnight flight at 7 am. Everything proceeds according to rules at this place, a bit like at a Youth Hostel.

The location is good, right next to the center. Wifi works ok.
Breakfast is good but not fantastic.
The rooms are quite small as well are the double beds. It is advertised as hotel but actually it's a hostel. It's not bad but in Yerevan for this money you can stay at other and better places.
