Excellent reception staff. So helpful.
Good location.
Nice room
Our room was above the air con units. Which are noisy. When we tried to shut the window the handle came off. The maintenance guy came and fixed it shut.
So check this when you go into the room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Really good location and access to everywhere.
The room was a bit outdated but completely functional.
The breakfast was really horrible, chose to eat out instead after the first day.
There was one small iron for the entire hotel to use and didn’t work.

Location was very comfortable. All attractions in Yerevan were in walking distance
We had to use separate elevator to get to our breakfast and to get to reception which was a little discomfort, especially when you enter from the other side of the hotel. For the price we paid, value was a little bit expensive. There wasnt an iron in the rooms. Bathrom didn't have a waterproof curtain. The glasses to drink water were dirty and the thermopot was so dirty that it wasn't used for ages. so I didnt use them too.
There wasn't many things offered for breakfast and only two varietries of breakfast which means you eat same thing on the third day and it repeats second day's on the fourth day.
Wi Fi was slow.
