Two things: 1. we were upgraded from a junior suite to a normal suite. 2. The first night was very noisy until 11pm. Reason being there was a bar straigt above us (Bamboo Bar) with very loud music. When we reported it to the front desk the next day the lady flagged it up to her management and the music was tuned down for the remaining 7 nights. We appreciated that they acknowledged the issue and worked it for our stay.
1. Room service should be encouraged to report issues. E.g. one of the two sinks was completely clogged. Again when reported to the front desk it got fixed after some 2 hours work for the mechanics. 2. Cleaning should be better in the bathroom area (same dirt remained for the entire stay). 3. Carpet had a large number of stains (no doubt because of misbehaviour of earlier guests) and we think at least some of these could be cleaned by a professional service.

Location, on hill top , very calm and quiet and close to “Mother of Armenia “
Excellent room service.
1) No Air condition , no provision fresh air circulation . Rooms were stuffy and hot . We had to open the window partially at night .
2) Choice of food in the hotel’s resturant was limited
3) They only supplied 500 ml of drinking water in the room. We need to buy water.
