The location is top-notched. The room is large and the bed comfortable.
The pillows could be better. My “rain shower” was at the height of my forehead so it was uncomfortable to shower because I had to bend; and I’m only 172cm. I asked the reception if they could change rooms on my first day but they never got back to me.
I find the room expensive for what you pay for

One of the best hotels in Yerevan. The room was very spacious and clean. The location was excellent and convenient. The hotel staff were polite and friendly. Highly recommended.
The Wi-Fi in my room was a little weak.

Property is dated !!! The hotel has a fantastic location but the staff have zero personality ( I never insult individuals ) but literally nooone smiles.
