Very friendly and helpful staff.

On both occasions we stayed in separate rooms - the bed rocks with smallest of movements and are like a hammock so would benefit from pocket springs mattresses.

OK except for plumbing problems when no attemptwas made by your staff to correct.

Room service 0/10 - just none despite us making it clear that we wanted to have general clean including bathroom between day 1 and 2. Also cistern did not function at all - needed us to manually turn on water after every flush - if we did not do this, the water spewed on to the bathroom floor and needed us to use towels to mop up. Most impotant of all, staff made no effort to replace towels.

Nettes Hotel in guter Lage

Schöne Zimmer mit Balkon und Seeblick, ausreichend Platz, Stellplätze auch für größere Autos, einige Restaurants in der Nähe, Frühstück gut aber nicht sehr günstig, sehr freundliches Personal

Great location on the river front, next to the hotel and restaurants and shops nearby. Spacious rooms.

A great old hotel

Its a beautiful old Hotel, our room was very large and we had a view of the river. We had a meal at the Hotel which was very enjoyable.

As we were travelling through Renmark and only had a night stay at the hotel I was concerned when the music was still going at 10.00pm, I appreciate this is not late but when you are moving from one state to another its a late night. I rang the desk and was advised the music would go off soon which it did. I did not consider when booking about loud music as I was checking all the other details so I accept it was my issue but other travellers should take this on board

Very enjoyable, great location opposite the banks of the Murray River.

Location, large room, outdoor seating by front door, outdoor pool with shade sails.

Poor design of the electric jug. It had no lid to open - filling or emptying via spout. Difficulty to empty completely thus first cup of tea after boiling the jug tasted foul. After rinsing it a few times with difficulty getting complete emptying of jug the next cup of tea was way better.

The room comfie, and nice to stay. Even the Breakfast was not much to pay....cha cha cha.

my wife and I are a aged couple. My wife cannot climb srairs, and the ground floor was so easty to enter and leave. Thank you.

Don't partake.

Part of tap was missing, hence flow not streamlined. Some noise when children moved in above. Supposed river view obstructed by information building.No dinner menu in room. .

Our most enjoyable hotel/motel experience.

Superb location and yet within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and river parklands. Well cared for establishment with friendly staff. And this is a community hotel!

It is close to the market place where we were working. We attend markets regularly in Renmark and stay at the Renmark Hotel on most occasions.

1. Well, this time other visitors were REALLY noisy from a couple of doors down. We had to turn up the tv to drown out the noise of them yelling and carrying on. 2. The wedding in the function centre had spilled out onto the footpath, they were sitting all over the footpath. Surely you could provide an outdoor smoking area for future events. 3. The bed was so uncomfortable. We asked for a late check-out but decided to leave earlier as we'd had such a bad night's sleep.

Providing electric vehicle charging in a locked up area. Possible need to register for Tesla Superchargers in Renmark.

Toilet found to have a dark ring at the waterline.
