You'll immediately relax upon entering this spacious, light-filled vacation pool home w/ spectacular designer details throughout. Active guests have several tennis and golf options available nearby, and many will enjoy the free bicycles in order to take advantage of exploring the nearby sites while also taking full advantage of the gorgeous weather! Four (4) ultra HD Flat-screen TV’s, Ultra HD Netflix, and high-speed Wi-Fi are all included! We had such a great time. The house was very conveniently located 3 minutes away from Publix, about 10 minutes driving from the beach and 5th ave. We loved the house decor, and the space was perfect for our family weekend. We’d definitely recommend as well as book again!

Quiet, safe and convenient neighborhood spot for a family visiting East Naples. Plenty of space to spread out, very clean and all the necessities you would ever need in a rental home. Beds, bedding and towels were all comfy! Grocery store, restaurants, Starbucks all around the corner. Alan was so easy to work with and communicated in a timely manner every time. The pool area is fun with plenty of shade and the hot tub is such a bonus. We hope to visit again!

Owner failed to do what was promised. It took 4 days for him to heat the pool to normal temps after continual lies the owner failed to help us when his internet went out. It took 4 days to get that issue resloved. We had bugs all
Over the home, when notifying the owner he says” shut the doors” we have proof and pictures of the home covered of bugs upon our arrival. Owner was easy to ask me to take his trash out but terrible about getting with ne to have a comfortable stay. His home

We stayed as a family of 4 with our dog after Christmas and through the New Year. It's a great little quiet neighborhood, but yet only about a 10-12 minute drive to downtown/5th Avenue. The home provided adequate features and the outdoor pool area was great with landscaping that made for a private enjoyable stay. There was ample dining and lounging areas throughout the indoor and outdoor areas- room for many more than just us. We will be sure to consider this property if staying in Naples again, or any of Alan's other properties in FL and elsewhere.

Wonderful, tastefully decorated, clean home in a beautiful, convenient location. We rented this property for a girls trip. Just 5 ladies taking a break from work and our wonderful families. We spent most days in the pool and lounging outside, followed by evenings downtown for amazing cuisine & adult beverages. We also enjoyed the hot tub after our excursions. Alan was a gracious host and we plan on visiting again. I highly recommend this property. Thank you, Alan!

Property and neighborhood were both great. We picked it because it was close to some family that lives in the area. The house definitely exceeded our expectations though. There was plenty of room and we felt at home there. Would definitely rent the house again!

Relaxing stay
The property was clean and the owners were very responsive and checked in on us to make sure we were ok and didn’t need anything. The house had everything needed the only suggestion we had was that a few blinds needed replacing and blinds needed for the kitchen for additional privacy but nothing that would stop us from staying again.

Unfortunately, I booked an entire week and we were unable to stay at the property. I am extremely allergic to cats, and upon entering the property, there was an extremely foul odor and my eyes were itchy and watery. I immediately contacted Alan and got no call back. I had to use email to communicate. Unfortunately, he required me to contact VRBO instead of handling it on my behalf. He claims that he doesn't allow cats, but does allow pets and this was my fault. Further, he firmly held on the cancellation policy and refused to try and accommodate a refund, even though I offered to cover all VRBO and credit card fees. I would only recommend this property if in fact you are very comfortable with any animal odor. I am a regular renter and have an extremely high rating, and felt that he could have been more accommodating.

Perfect home for our family home base in Naples
We really enjoyed this home. The bedrooms were comfortable, everything was clean, and the owner has thought of everything you'd need to relax and enjoy Naples. We had fun in the pool and hot tub when we weren't out at beaches or the zoo or anything else. The landscaping made you feel immersed in the tropics. The TV situation is nice too if you feel like being inside. We spent most of our adult time at the home chilling on the covered patio in the comfortable furniture.
We ate food from both the Mexican and Italian restaurants in the nearby shopping center and enjoyed both. The fajitas were especially good.
The owner was responsive to questions and provided a handy reference sheet including local recommendations on the fridge. The garage holds a variety of pool or beach supplies. Highly recommend!

Just what we needed
I can't tell how far and wide I searched for the perfect location for this trip. We'd wanted to go in 2020, so we were ready to relax! This place had everything! The kids loved riding the bikes around the neighborhood. You could almost ride them to the Publix down the road. Loved the space and all the amenities. Great for teenagers who need privacy, but still has several common areas to gather and eat. Highly recommend!

Spring break 2021
We loved everything about Sea Pearl. It was decorated with lovely artwork (coastal)and chic furnishings, the pool was outstanding, abundant pool toys n floats, good grill and lush landscaping with privacy and beautiful Florida setting. The large master suite with comfy king bedding opposite side of the house of family bedrooms for kids and young parents was perfect spacing. Kitchen with pass thru window to pool area patio was well shaded for little ones. We loved it and would rent again. Very good location to Naples zoo and restaurants, lovely art fair weekend and things to do, Publix grocery, Neighborhood walks and bikes included. Overall- despite the pandemic, we were completely thrilled with our vacation in Naples.

Great experience
Our family had a wonderful time staying in this house. We had just about everything we needed and really no complaints. The only "issue" we had was that the pool umbrellas did not stay open and the swing set had some boards that were loose so we did not feel comfortable letting our twins play on it (sad bc they were looking forward to it since they have not been able to go to playgrounds for months due to COVID). Otherwise, we had a great stay! House was lovely and the pool was amazing! Alan was super accommodating and responsive.

Beautiful House
House was fantastic. There was even more features than what was in the listing. Alan was great. He checked on us during our stay to make sure everything was well and if we needed anything. My wife, my son, our dog and myself were very happy with our stay. Hopefully the house will be available the next time we come to Naples.

We enjoyed our stay here. Nice neighborhood, house was decent and Alan was good to communicate with. The few negatives were the silverware was cheap, pots and pans very weak and the electric stove top/oven was a drag to cook on.

We had a wonderful time at the home with our family, and three little boys! Very convenient to downtown and the beaches- and the property manager, Alan, was very responsive before, during and after our stay! We highly recommend!

Naples treasure!!!
Our family of four had such an amazing time while staying In this beautifully decorated home. We walked in & immediately felt the relaxed, peaceful Florida vibe. There are so many special touches that make this place memorable. We loved the pool day & night. The grill was great for our chicken & fish meals. The beds were all very comfortable. We loved starting our day with coffee every morning under the lanai by the pool. We enjoyed watching the butterflies & birds in the backyard too! This home is a short 10-15 minute drive to the beautiful white sand beaches of Naples. Our favorite spots were by the Naples Pier where our daughters played sand vollleyball & also The Naples Golf Club Bar where we listened to bands while enjoying a gorgeous sunset on the beach over drinks. We really hope to be back to the Sea Pearl one day. We created wonderful family memories here. Thank you Alan for making our stay very special!

Fabulous rental
The house was clean and well stocked. Great backyard with small but more than adequate pool, comfortable patio under cover, nice yard. Pool, sand chairs, pool toys, all provided. Décor was beachy and comfortable. Very convenient to major roads in Naples, Publix around the corner. The owner was extremely accommodating for all of our requests and needs. Would highly recommend this house!

Beautiful home in a nice, quiet neighborhood! Close to everything!
We chose the Sea Pearl after seeing the photos online, and it looked like the perfect spot for our two families vacationing together. This was our first time renting a home for a vacation stay. And let me tell you, it did not disappoint! The house is beautifully decorated in colors that make you feel right at home, lots of cute touches through out, it was like out of a magazine it’s decorated so nice! The private pool and swing set was a huge hit with the two kids. They went swimming day and night, And thought the pool lights were really cool at night. We enjoyed using the BBQ to grill steaks and burgers for dinner. The beds, pillows and couches are all really comfy. Plenty of TV’s through out with cable and WiFi. Alan was super nice and when I texted him about how to turn the heater on for the pool, he responded to my text ASAP and popped over to fix it for us! He was awesome! The house is close to everything and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. A grocery store and Walmart are near by where we filled up on things for the weekend.. the Naples Pier is just a quick 10-15 min drive away.. we enjoyed cocktails on the beach at a beach club to watch the sunset. If The Sea Pearl is available for your stay, don’t miss out on the chance of staying here! You’ll love it :-)
