SPECTACULAR HOME AND FISHERMAN'S PARADISE IN VENETIAN SHORES! This home is located in close proximity to many shopping and dining options and is 1 mile south of Founder's Park which offers many amenities such as a beautiful beach, play ground, pool and marina to name a few. The property features a 70' concrete dock on deep water canal which opens directly to Snake Creek for quick and easy access to bay or ocean; beautifully furnished 5 bedrooms/4.5 baths; private master retreat with gorgeous bath on third level; marble floors throughout; elevator; FABULOUS chef's kitchen with Wolf gas range and huge island; large terraces and fantastic entertaining spaces; Sonos wireless sound system throughout; outdoor kitchen on ground level next to beautiful pool. A true paradise.

This was the perfect space for our family. Loved the wonderful well stocked and spacious kitchen. En suite bedrooms were very nice. Emily was a wonderful hostess and responded quickly to our questions. Would definitely recommend if you have a large family. Neighbors were friendly and quiet. We have wonderful memories. Thank you for sharing this awesome home.

This house is very beautiful, modern and spacious. The kitchen is a chef's dream. Large bedrooms that had their own bathrooms and large closets. AC worked great. Plenty of parking for vehicles and trailer. Plenty of seawall for docking your boat. Short ride to marina and Atlantic. Agent was the sweetest and made recommendations. Would love to book again!
