Our stay could not have been more comfortable. This beautiful apartment, appointed with stunning granite flooring and antiques is in a fantastic location for seeing Vienna. The kitchen is well equipped, and a grocery market is on the corner. Lots of restaurants and cafes are within an easy walk. I would definitely recommend!

Very quiet and peaceful location. Comfortable spaces for two people in two bedroom. Used the stove, oven and refrigerator. Back private patio overlooked by back apartments but we never saw anyone. Close to shopping, groceries and restaurants. A few minutes walk to Parliament, Hofburg and the parks surrounding. Walking distance to museum quarter. Light rail, underground and buses very close to take you to the suburbs. (Salt mine and underground lakes). Very responsive hosts and so nice!

Christian is a very warm and welcoming host and it was our pleasure to stay at this well appointed apartment. We enjoyed our stay and the hospitality and would not hesitate to return.

This apartment is gorgeous, huge, clean, and quiet. We just spent a wonderful 8 nights there. It’s an older building which means that the walls are very thick. It is so amazingly quiet and calm. You don’t hear any neighbour noise at all. We felt we were in 19th century Vienna, except with modern conveniences such as an excellent shower and a great king size bed. Maurizio and Christian live in the building and are a text away if you need anything. Maurizio greeted us during check in. We like to know that the owners are nearby in case anything goes wrong. The apartment is also in an excellent location. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the Hofburg Palace and is close to Museum’s Quartier. There are excellent restaurants, cafés, and pastry shops, literally minutes away. There is also a great grocery store about 50 metres from the apartment on the same street. We can’t say enough about this apartment. It couldn’t have been more ideal and certainly checked off all the boxes for us. We had a fabulous holiday in Vienna.
The apartment was as stated and the small outside eating area was perfect for us to enjoy a leisurely breakfast. We arrived late at night but that was not a problem as we were greeted by Mauricio with a smile. Any queries we emailed and were responded to very quickly. Most of the sight seeing we did was within walking distance of the apartment with lots of restaurants nearby. Would recommend the apartment.

Honestly this spot could not have been more perfect. Location was AMAZING. Within walking distance to Vienna city walk. My friend and I each had our own bedrooms. Apartment was clean and quaint. Christian and Mauricio were the perfect hosts! Thank you! We would go back in a heartbeat!

We loved our ten night stay at the flat. It was very close to restaurants and grocery shops. The laundry was handy. We especially liked the comfy bed, outdoor patio and good hot showers. This is a great choice for those looking for a quiet and convenient location to spend in Vienna. Highly recommend!

Fantastic stay
Maurizio and Christian were fantastic hosts at their lovely apartment. The apartment is located in a wonderful in the 8th district and walkable to everything. The apartment itself is comfortable, cooler during hot days, lovely patio, great bathroom setup and it had everything we needed for a perfect stay.

Perfect Vienna Apartment
We had a wonderful stay in Vienna. This is a beautiful apartment, the photos don't do it justice. The location is perfect and the street is quiet. The apartment has everything you need and is very comfortable. Francesco and Christian were wonderful hosts and on hand for any queries or advice.

Lovely apartment with a charming green terrace and good antiques. Perhaps a better water heater for the shower would add to comfort and softer pillows. Good food shops nearby and good connections with trams and underground trains. Apt pleasantly cool while very hot outside.

Wonderful stay in Vienna
We had a perfect time in this lovely apartment. Very convenient location to all the sights and public transportation. Francesco and Christian were helpful in providing pointers for flea markets as well giving us the location of a reasonable antique store. Our flight was delayed and Francesco was very accommodating around dealing with the pick up service as well as meeting us at the apartment. The location is just a few blocks from some wonderful cafes and for visiting all the sights. We had a wonderful time stating at this great apartment.

Great apartment with great hosts in a great neighborhood!
We were two visiting Vienna for 4 days. I know Vienna well, including the area of this one, from previous visits and it seemed very promising. We were not disappointed-it is a real find.
The apartment is nicely furnished with Viennese antiques. Bedroom has a comfortable large bed, the living room has a convertible sofa, also sufficiently comfortable for a stay of a week. The door between the rooms can be closed, with access to each independently via a long wide hallway and the kitchen area. The kitchen is pleasant and well-equipped, also with vintage china and flatware, and it has an antique table that is comfortable for several to sit at (we used it only for breakfast). The bathroom (with toilet in a separate area) is lovely marble and glass with a big shower. The heating (through the floor) was very effective. The apartment is on the ground floor and except for a little step coming through the door from the street, it is flat to get in-ideal for wheelchair or walker access. The windows of the living room and bedroom face the street but there are effective white curtains (for daytime privacy) as well as inside shutters( for nighttime privacy), and anyway the street is very small and quiet. Actually, it is one of the quietest apartments I have ever stayed in. The side of the hallway opposite the rooms has large glass doors to nice terrace with a table, chairs and many potted plants. We admired it but didn't use it (temp. too low).
The neighborhood, Josefstadt, is full of interesting shops, restaurants, and coffee houses. Too many to mention but as an example, the famous cafe Eiles is only 3 minutes by foot.
The hosts Christian and Maurizio were warm and welcoming. We arrive late, around midnight and Christian was immediately at the door to give us two sets of keys and a thorough walk-through. Further, one of us requested a chair or stool suitable for the shower and Christian bought one for us the next day. This was really a great help. Maurizio arranged for reasonably priced cars to pick us up at Vienna Airport and to return us to it. Also, we had a number of contacts with Maurizio via the Home Away messaging system. He was always very fast to respond.
Too conclude: great apartment, great hosts, great area.

After much searching, found this beautiful vintage Vienna apartment, dressed out in perfect old-world Vienna (i.e., no chrome, glass, fluorescent green modern decor!). Perfect hosts and perfect location.

Location and Tasteful Ambiance made it a perfect stay
The location of this apartment was Ideal! The apartment is located on a quiet street close to quality grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops and the owner’s “one of a kind” fashion shops...i.e. the owner who lives on the premises was very helpful and accessible even when I blew a fuse with an improper surge protecter. Walking to all the old city cultural sites was a piece of cake. The second compelling reason to stay here is the decor....the attention to detail made me feel like I was on a 1940s movie set (of course modernized with things like a microwave, heated floors etc). We shared the apartment with two friends for a few of the days during our week stay...the spacious living room repurposed beautifully as a second bedroom, leaving us with plenty of private relaxation space of in the large bedroom.

A fabulous apartment close to the Museums in Vienna
Me and my sister had an absolutely fantastic stay at Maurizio's and Christiano's apartment. The location was excellent--super easy to reach even with pubic transit from the airport.
The apartment itself was a total dream--it was elegant, spacious, and filled with old world charm. The bedrooms were enormous, with lovely furniture and art work. The kitchen was perfect, it was supplied with everything you could wish for for preparing all the meals. There were excellent grocery stores within 5 minute walk. There is even a laundry machine and a dryer if you wish to travel light:-). The shower is wonderful, as everything in the apartment.
There was also a dreamy little garden where you could either rest and relax or eat your meals.
As for things to do, we had an amazing time at an antique warehouse (Glassfabrik), and if you can only do one "cultural thing"--we loved the Belvedere castle/museum. For those who like Klimt and Egon Schiele, the Leopold museum is also a great find.
We cannot think our hosts enough, we hope to return many times more:-).

Great location, cozy apartment
This lovely apartment is very convenient to activities in the center of Vienna as well as public transportation, and it was very comfortable for our family of 4. We especially appreciated the nice touches for the holiday including a beautifully decorated tree. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely return to this apartment again!

Live like a local
Maurizio & Christian were so thoughtful and kind. The apartment was wonderful. The only thing missing was A/C or at the very least a fan. Frau Ivanovich was so sweet. The Concordia Ball was something out of a movie. We will return to this amazing city! What an amazing experience!!!!

Peaceful, lovely, and spacious
From arrival through departure, everything was very easy. The place is charming and serene, even though it is on the first floor. The location is great for easy public transportation access, and the neighborhood offers lots of restaurant options and the small grocery just up the street was very helpful. The terrace is delightful—wish we could have spent more time there!

Elegant is the word to use when describing this beautiful apartment! It is close to groceries, restaurants, and most importantly, within 20 -30 minute walk of the “must see” attractions. The apartment is clean and spacious, perfect for a family or two people.
Mauricio and Christian, the landlords, are welcoming, attentive, and live in the building. Many thanks to them.

Very nice apartment!
We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It is conveniently located, so you can easily walk to the center of Vienna. It is also on the first floor which is nice. There is one official bedroom with a king bed and the living room becomes the second bedroom in which the couch becomes a queen bed. There is also a chair which folds out into a twin size bed. There is a grocery store right around the corner which is perfect. The only thing I would suggest is to have some more towels available along with some washcloths. Also some extra pillows and blankets would be nice.
Vienna is a gorgeous city so give yourself at least a week there!

A Beautiful, Welcoming and Well-located Apartment
We cannot speak too highly of this apartment, its location or its owners (who live on site). On arrival at 22.00 we were dropped at an incorrect address by our taxi firm. The owner came out to find us on his bicycle and walked us helpfully to the right address. The owners were so concerned for us, so welcoming and so eager to ensure that we enjoyed our time in Vienna.
The apartment itself is elegant, spacious and beautifully finished. There is a quiet balcony for reading, a modern, spacious shower-room, luxurious underfloor heating and a well-stocked kitchen area. We could not have asked for more.
The location is fantastic. Plenty of small, quiet and welcoming cafes and restaurants nearby. The district is elegant, safe, quiet and just a stone's throw from the Rathaus and the metro. We have never experienced or enjoyed city break accommodation of this quality before.
We would like to record our thanks to the owners for their hospitality and generous attention. We would certainly like to return - to both Vienna and, specially, to this apartment.

Great neighborhood, great apartment, great hosts.
Great location to walk to the city center and only seven minutes from the Palais Auersperg where we really enjoyed a concert performance of Mozart with ballet dancers and opera singers. Great restaurants nearby. The apartment is beautifully decorated in an old world elegance. The bathroom needs some attention but the rental is really ideal. We were well cared for and our hosts were excellent.

Lovely apartment, lovely proprietor
We had a wonderful stay in Christian's apartment. He was warm and welcoming upon our arrival. Our flight to Vienna left all passenger luggage behind at our departure city, so when we arrived we had next to nothing-- no clothes, toiletries, electric adapters, etc. Christian was extremely helpful and helped us locate places to purchase things we needed for the days until our bags arrived. The apartment is lovingly decorated in period-style pieces, is spacious and very comfortable, quiet, and easily accessible to/from points of interest and public transportation. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable and convenient
Charming apartment with great outdoor terrace on the first floor of a quiet street. If you do the subway to get around it was close. On/off bus a bit farther...Green line stop # 48 was always a mystery! Vienna Pass was a very good move for Bus and Sights. Owners were always available to assist. If we would return to Vienna we would stay here again.
