About this villa rental
The property is within walking distance of the white sandy beach in a well-kept residential complex. The bungalow is located in the upper part of the complex in an absolutely quiet location. The living room is about 50 square meters and has a music system, flat screen TV, kitchen and a spacious dining area. The large private courtyard (patio) with private pool is not equipped with a parasol and teak furniture. Through the courtyard you can reach the sleeping area with bedroom (1 double bed). The spacious daylight bathroom includes a shower, toilet and washing machine. You can also reach the top bedroom with large bathroom (shower, bath and toilet / bidet separately) via the courtyard, and you can also reach the partially covered sun terrace with fantastic sea views of the bay of the Costa Calma. Here you can eat comfortably and start the day relaxed or let it end.
Ideal holiday resort: On the Costa Calma you will find extensive shopping opportunities. Good restaurants, several rental car stations for individual island tours can be reached in a few minutes. It is not without reason that the Costa Calma is also a very popular travel destination for long-term vacationers. Here you can relax and "hibernate" if you book in time.

Sehr gute Lage, schöne Dachterrasse mit Ausblick aufs Meer. Pool etwas kalt, schöne Aufteilung der Zimmer.
