The minute you walk through the front doors, you feel the total welcoming comfort of this magnificent home-away-from-home that somehow blends beautiful modern luxury with enduring authentic rustic charm! From the awe-inspiring cathedral ceilings to the illuminating floor-to-ceiling windows, the views are breathtaking both inside and out! Step out onto the deck where you can see the slopes in the winter and nature's foliage the rest of the year. Inquire about our deeply discounted SEASONAL RENTAL which includes 1 Individual Adult Highlands Season Pass or Resort Gift Card - a $700 value! This amazing pass includes access to 7 Springs, Hidden Valley and Laurel Mountain! That's 3 distinctly different mountain experiences of winter fun in the Laurel Highlands! (minimal requirements must be met). Also, a part of our business goal is to contribute towards reducing and eliminating homelessness in the Greater Pittsburgh region. For every booking, we make a donation to Light of Life Rescue Mission, a local organization that helps the homeless. We are also committed to partnering with Light of Life to be active social servants through volunteerism, education, and awareness. Placing a high value on autonomy and guest privacy, we do not typically contact our guests unless there is a specific reason to do so. However, the guests are welcome to contact the Property Manager with questions or concerns or just to say how much they love the place. She may be contacted by text, phone, email or vacation site messaging at any time. If she is not available when you call, please leave a message and she will get back to you as soon as possible. For emergencies, there is also a back-up number. Free Outdoor Community Swimming Pool , Tennis Courts, (Summer Season Only) The neighborhood is simply breathtaking! You are right on the mountain to access endless activities for both summer and winter activities. Guests will be able to access the entire condo with the exception of one locked Owner's Closet. 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Two-Level Condo - Sleeps total of 12 There is plenty of off-street parking right outside the condo. Also available is a FREE 24/7 shuttle that you can schedule for pick-up and drop-off throughout the resort. Additional information is provided in the Guest Manual at the condo. Very nice property, close to Seven Springs. We had 5 in our group, would be a little small for many more in terms of living room space and dinning. Loft upstairs was nice. Overall had what was needed for the week. Thank you!

While our trip was full of fun and laughter, there are several things that need attention as listed below.
* Our guests in the 1st floor bedroom had not AC in their room, thankfully we had fans that helped some. They were not happy!
* The window in the kitchen was cracked and we could not open that window for any fresh air.
* One of the kitchen table chair legs was broken which flipped my wife to the floor. She has chronic back pain with many problems so this was a scare.
* There were only 2 chairs on the deck but 7 of us, so there were just few that could enjoy the deck.
* Also, There was a hornets nest attached to the deck underneath the grill, they didn't like us being out there. So, this prevented us from using the deck as well.
* The front door was difficult to unlock.
* When we first arrived we were not informed that we need to review the condo information in the binder, therefore it took us a while to get hot water.
* There was only 3 ice trays in the freezer so with a group like us, that was definitely not enough. thankfully we brought a small portable ice machine.
The condo could really use some upgrades such as the carpet, bathrooms, appliances, etc.

The condo was very nice. The kitchen was well equipped with everything. Bathrooms had unbelievable supply of towels snd wash cloths.
Nice tv in family room and master bedroom.
Everything was very clean and cute thought the house. Thanks for allowing our dog !! Little extras like tissues and crayons and paper for kids was thoughtful!
Enjoyed walking around the beautiful neighborhood and using the pool. Liindsey the manager did a great job and was very efficient and helpful. Would like to return someday!

Very nice property that was exactly as presented. Clean, nicely appointed, and a very well equipped kitchen. Lindsay, the property manager, couldn’t have been more responsive. She’s terrific!!!! We’ll definitely rent this unit again on our annual trips to 7 Springs.

Overall, the property was as listed and it was very pet friendly - which was very important to us. There were a few things that we noticed right away...there is something wrong with the electrical. It is like 1 of the plugs works in each outlet but the other doesn't. And sometimes they didn't work at all. Renters are not permitted to use the fireplace so it is a bit misleading that there is a fireplace in the photos, but you can't use it. There needs to be some updates to the kitchen - nonstick pots and pan and sharper knives would be great. Also, in the binder it says there is a large dog crate under the bed - this was not there.
All pretty minor things and overall I would rent again.

Love the Starbucks and spices in the kitchen- we’re big coffee and cooking people! Property was very clean and comfortable and truly felt like a home at the end of the day. Easy check in and out- all info provided was accurate and easy to find. Thanks again!!
