It has FOURTEEN steps down into the main living area, one step down from the dining to the living area and two steps down to the bedroom, offers INTERNET ACCESS, and is NOT PET FRIENDLY. This unit is rated STANDARD and SLEEPS FOUR. The main living area offers an open concept where you will find a cozy living room with a FLAT SCREEN TV and a Queen sleeper sofa. The wood burning fireplace is NOT AVAILABLE for guest use. There is a fully functional KITCHEN and the DINING TABLE that seats FOUR. The bedroom offers a QUEEN bed, a FLATSCREEN TV and there is ONE FULL BATH. This unit has A/C in the bedroom ONLY. The deck offers a grand view of Seven Springs Mountain Resort’s beautiful, wooded landscape. The unit does NOT offer a gas grill. This unit is a short COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE ride to the slopes & main resort. It is also within a short walking distance of the Highlands Golf Course. Parking is available onsite. All homes include washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included), Iron/Ironing board, expanded cable in the living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included) and a fully functional kitchen. Also, included are paper towels, trash bags, and toilet issue. During the summer months, this unit has access to the community pool and tennis/pickleball courts. In addition, all condominium guests are welcome to utilize the RESORT’S main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs-reservations required.
