I chose this hotel primarily for the location and spa zone. It is conveniently next to the center of all tourist attractions, which was important for the event I was participating in. The pools and spa (sauna, etc.) were popular but not too crowded, and I enjoyed them every day.
The hotel staff scammed me, and I will never stay there again. I needed late check-out, and they allowed this, having me pay UAH 2418 extra for checking out late. I paid this when I arrived. However, on my last day, they called my room at noon and demanded that I check out. I told them that I have late checkout and I had already paid for this, but this didn't matter to them. If late checkout wouldn't have been possible, that would have been okay with me, and I would have left as usual; however, they agreed with me that it was okay and charged me extra for this, so they scammed me.
Also, when I made my booking, they messaged me and asked me to pay in dollars or euros. I had made the reservation in hryvnia and do not have any dollars or euros, and I would have lost money in fees by going somewhere and converting my money to dollars or euros, and then even more fees by sending this to them (since I only have hryvnias in the bank and no dollar/euro bank card). This is very strange for them to not accept hryvnia from a resident of Ukraine.
