The hotel is situated in a perfect location the staff is exceptionally knowledgeable and kind. The facilities are amazing. This is a real gem I would highly recommend. The breakfast is amazing. This is easy to like this place.

Almost everything was perfect! Staff were polite and helpful, the facilities / room are fantastic. Everything felt new and clean. We love that we can use spa facilities until midnight!
Breakfast - food was cold, even omelette and Kiev cutlet.
Dinner - I had the ribeye, my partner had the duck. My food was fantastic, unfortunately we both found the duck tough and tasteless. We suspected it was undercooked. The staff were helpful and it was returned to be cooked more but unfortunately this didn't help. I suspect we were unlucky as everything else was great!
