It was absolutely stunning. The quality and design of everything was extraordinary and everything that you could possibly need was provided. The staff and level of service was amazing.

Water is always free for drinking.
Design is good, but not practical. Water tap is too narrow to use

The views and how premium it felt
Having to take 3 elevators just to get to our room.
Having to take stairs to access level 11 where all the facilities are.
Considering the price didn’t feel like everything was as easy as you would expect
