The receptionist was extremely helpful and kind
The location was perfect - train station just next door and metro station across the road.
Some people expressed issues with noise but I did not have this issue at all and slept very well.

24/7 coffee exceeded my expectations as i am a coffee addict
and i find diffcilty to find coffee after 9 pm and tasty
nothing and next time i come to amesterdam i will stay in it again

Great location! Easy links to metro and tram. 20-30 mins to town centre by bus/tram. We initially did not like our room as it was quite cramped and the staff was so lovely and gave us a better room.
You can access the balcony, so no windows for fresh air. The bathroom shower head had mould all over! The room they moved us too did not have a long mirror. Would need to walk up a couple steps to access lifts.
