24 hour staff who were extremely helpful and kind! It was located in a quiet part of town with excellent transport links. I didn’t hear a single other guest during our time and the room was big and comfortable when travelling with a baby.
Some of the fixtures of the room needed some attention, hooks, shelves were loose and needed to be refixed. Not an issue for us but just extra hazards we had to be mindful of with a child.

The property was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, we were able to choose whether we wanted the room cleaned. Furniture was clean and comfortable. The location is great with trams, trains, and buses very close.
Instructions on using the laundry in the room would have been nice. I happened to overhear someone in the lobby saying you needed tokens to use the washer and dryer.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, a short walk from a major train station. The kitchen was equipped and overall the room was comfortable. The staff were nice and helpful.
We could sometimes hear the noises from the room above and from the corridor of the hotel and also from the metro trains passing by which was bothersome.

The location had good train, bus and tram connections. The concept of a semi serviced apartment where you could cook/heat food and do laundry is good and the room sixes were good.
The location was is a boring office district without cafes or shops. The only supermarkets were those ‘to go’ mini markets.
The staff gave us a room which they knew had a broken tv which worked on a few local channels offering Dutch speaking shows. They were aware we were Australian and only spoke English. We checked in at 1:30 in the afternoon so they could have given us a room with a functioning tv. We are older and do not have tv/shows on our phone. We asked to change rooms - they said not possible. They said they would fix the tv. It didn’t work for 4 nights. They left us a free pack of nice biscuits and a note - a totally inadequate response. Nice staff - poor management.
