Great staff, easy going welcoming vibe. Simple pin entry system and free stroopwafels.
The bell to gain entry into the front entrance wasn't always attended. Had to rely upon people out in the car parts to press the release button.

The man at the reception. Young man, very kind and helpful
Dirty underwear by my bed that no one in the room had. Lock on our room door didn’t work. Male WC disgusting, so dirty. Female WC was ok.
Location not good. Expensive. Room unbreathable so heavy air in the morning. Afraid to have the windows open, outside the window a lot of trash. No one wanted a rat in the room, given the rat problem Amsterdam is facing
