The flat was great, the staff were friendly and the communication was excellent throughout.

Great location to take the tram or bus wherever you want and a lot of places for food and groceries nearby. The staff were exceptional. The apartment was well equipped with things like dishwasher, a dishwasher tablet, cooking oil, dish soap, a sizable fridge, and tableware.
The sofa bed was very squeaky when used as a bed and the cushions didn't stay together when used as a sofa. The balcony was fully sealed and not ventilated with no way to open a window making it a greenhouse during the day and unconventional for airing out clothes

The convenience of having a parking lot nearby
Although the staff were very nice and helpful the one white Dutch receptionist called SIMON was rude impertinent and clearly a RACIST. We are an older couple who are very respectable and demand respect. To check our room number he wiggled his finger at us very rudely and when we don’t him this is not the way to address people he said it’s cultural, meaning that your culture doesn’t understand us!!!!
I do demand an apology from him and management of the hotel. He should be taught a lesson.
Next the polished concrete floors in the rooms is full oil and other spots that gives you the feeling of an unhygienic environment
