We had such a lovely time at Louise & Mike’s house. They were there to greet us warmly at check in and show us about their home. Home being the key word. From the moment we arrived to when we left, we felt completely and utterly at home. Mine and my sister’s families all had plenty of space and a comfy bed for everyone, plus that gorgeous yard to keep my toddler entertained, we couldn’t have asked for more. But we got more because Louise and Mike had even arranged beautiful fresh bread from a local bakery that was still warm when we arrived plus delicious fruit. They were so wonderfully hospitable and I can’t speak highly enough of this property and it’s hosts.

We stayed for a conference at the local uni and LOVED this home. It's gorgeous and beautifully appointed. So spacious and lovely. We were four colleagues and we had ample room for everyone with varying levels of jet lag! Louise is a wonderful host. Hope to return!

We enjoyed our stay and loved the convenience to the city, via the Waverton train. Louise gave us a personal tour of the area to help with our activities. Mike and Louise were so helpful! Great butcher (his Lasagna was delicious) and The Grumpy Baker amazing as well, both close to station.

We really enjoyed our stay at Louise and Mike’s home. The location is fantastic and perfect for what we wanted do and see. It’s a short walk from Blues Point Rd and a very short walk to the train station. They were very welcoming and there was plenty of room for our 2 families. It was a little haven to relax after a long day out. Thanks for helping to make our stay so memorable.

My family and I booked this beautiful home over the week of Christmas and we could not have been happier with our choice! Louise and Mike's house feels like a home and was a perfect venue for me, my husband and our 7 month old daughter. My sister and her two kids, as well as another sister and her husband all stayed here. There was plenty of room for all of us! The kitchen was great for cooking/entertaining. The house has high vaulted ceilings and a light and airy feel, it was spotless upon arrival. The main living area and kitchen open up to a beautiful/peaceful back yard. The master bedroom is huge and the bed is large and comfortable, it is located upstairs and was a perfect quite spot for our baby daughter to sleep in. The location of the home is ideal, as described, it is a quick 5 minute walk to the train station and walking distance to excellent local coffee shops and restaurants. Mike and Louise were very gracious hosts and went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed for our little girl (including a portable crib/high chair, toys, etc.) We would love to stay here again if we lucky enough to return to the Sydney area.
