Located in Paradise Valley, this charming condo for $200 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Welcome to fabulous Marbeya! A quiet and quaint little subdivision nestled into amazing Paradise Valley! This beautiful second floor unit is the most desired in the subdivision. With only one shared wall, mountain views out of every window, tasteful updates, and overlooking the pool you will instantly feel like your on vacation and be able to relax! Upon arriving enter into a spacious family and dining room with soaring vaulted ceilings, wood look tile, and a contemporary design to make you feel at home. The family room has a private entrance to the patio and a feature wall with fireplace. 60 inch flat screen smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Youtube TV waiting to be streamed through a 5 speaker surround sound system. The master retreat is just off the living room and has its own patio door. A comfy King Size bed will greet you and there is another smart TV for relaxing. The master bath has a large soaking tub/shower combo along with walk in closet and his and her sinks. The patio is a great place for morning coffee and evening meals. It is complete with full size washer and dryer concealed in a closet. The second bedroom also has a king size bed for family or guests. The guest bathroom has another tub/shower combo and is complete with linen closet. The Kitchen will not disappoint either. Whether its cooking for friends, baking a pizza, or brewing a pot of coffee everything is in place. This is the perfect desert retreat for your group or family. Gated pool area includes heated spa along with bathrooms, barbeques, and a common dining area. The pool is heated as well so winter visitors can enjoy it all day long! Location is 15 minutes to practically everything (sky harbor airport, fashion square mall, Scottsdale Quarter, and Desert Ridge just to name a few). Don't want to drive anywhere? No problem! You can literally walk to Health clubs, groceries, amazing dining, and convenient stores in 10 minutes or less. If you like to golf the closest courses are Orange Tree, Stone Creek, Camelback, and Starfire. They are all between 5 and 10 minutes away. The best hiking in the valley is also only a 10 minute drive with both Camelback trails and Piestewa Peak being the closest. Finally if you enjoy a morning or evening bike ride, walk, or jog you literally cannot pick a better spot. Adjacent to the condo is a quiet street with walking and bike paths that go on for miles and have excellent views of mountains and some of the nicest million dollar plus homes in the valley!

The property manager was very responsive and we were able to check in early, had a small issue that he took care of immediately. Lots of restaurants nearby. Condo was great and clean. Comfortable beds.

Great place to stay for the waste management open. Easy access to freeways and close to old town. Easy to get into and the owner was great. Would definitely stay here again.

We rented this unit with another couple for a short get away. Nice unit, but lacking in furniture and dishes. No night stands beside either bedroom beds. Used my suitcase to put my glasses and phone on. Suggestion is to get night tables with drawers, as there are no drawers to put socks, undies, etc in any of the bedrooms. No end tables or coffee table beside couch in living room. Have stayed in many rental units for vacations, and this was a first for lacking of furniture. Otherwise, the place was nice, people were friendly, pool was great, and surrounding area very pretty. There were only five bigger plates, and coffee cups, so we had to run the dishwasher every day, as we were four people. Very good communication with the owner.

This is an immaculate vacation rental property! The owner thought of everything for you. It's in an ideal location and has been lovingly updated and cared for. It truly is paradise, and so so quiet. Perfect for adults or small families with older kids. Easy to get to and surrounded by fine dining and shopping. Tastefully decorated to make you feel right at home with beautiful lush grounds. I searched hundreds of properties and found exactly what I was looking for in the heart of the Valley.

The owner of the condo, Jesse, was very helpful, welcoming, and willing to work with us. The property is in a good location with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Private parking and very clean heated pool and hot tub were great. We stayed there with our kids and were approached by a neighbor who literally said "people here don't like kids". Not Jesse's fault--the neighbor was a complete jerk. But be warned if you have young kids that there are lots of old eyes watching everything they do (i.e. someone complained to the homeowners association that our kids were throwing crayons and markers in the pool--they were colorful diving toys meant for pools--but like true cowards, they didn't approach us to ask). The listing says "kid friendly", and the condo owner certainly welcomes families, but unfortunately the community around him does not. I would recommend this property for adults, however, as the price was reasonable for the amenities offered. I want to thank Jesse for being flexible and reasonable when it was clear this wasn't working out for our family. I wish his neighbors were as nice as he is.
