Good if you rent upper rooms.

Location is really nice, away from the hustle and bustle of General Luna. Good cooker and pan which was convenient for cooking. Shower was also nice with lots of water coming out. The staff were very kind although we had an issue with the room that we booked that they could not solve (not necessarily their fault). If u book, make sure are the ones at the top level there’s no difference money wise and they are so much better. We ended up with the room on the ground floor which changed our experience completely.

The rooms at the ground floor are not so nice, they are dark, almost no sunlight even on sunny days, not as shown in the pics. Also they have no space to be outside so you have to be at the dark room or the common space outside (which only has tables, not so much for chilling). WiFi is not good but that might be in all the island. At one point we had to change room and the started calling many times at 7/8/9 am which was crazy coz check out was at 11. Other days they woke us up with hammering notices and craning the window, that was also a bit annoying.

We can recommended it because of locality,service and value for money!

There is a guy named BBoy and he’ll provide you the best service!!!

There is the very noisy air condition and some ants in the bathroom.

Yayay is only good because of friendliness of the Filipino staff.

The Filipino staff were nice people, Biboy and a couple of ladies cleaning the place. The owner (maybe Korean) isn't welcoming. He looked unhappy with life. The aircon in the room is good.

There was a not so pleasant smell in the bathroom.

Best service in Siargao- near to Malinao beach.

Large room, quiet location, great staff and service. The manager helped us to arrange all tour booking (great price) and also did the BBQ for our New Year eve party. We also rented the bike from the hotel (great price as well!). Best in Siargao for the service! They also arranged the airport pick up for us on our arrival.

They have complete amenities, the rooms were clean and spacious, and it’s walking distance to the beach which is convenient. The owners were very nice and accommodating. There’s an atm in front of the accommodation too. I would 100% recommend this place.

Another great stay

Another great stay, our 8th and it's like our home away from home. The staff was great again as always we had our favorite house again just steps from a nice uncrowed beach. With the large kitchens we cook most our meals here. The Honda click we rented right here zips the 3 of us around the island and to the market and only 10 minutes away with from the hot spots in gl. We will be coming back next month for 2 more weeks.

Only that we had to leave.

magnifica estancia.

Su ubicacion a escasos metros de la playa. LLegue de madrugada y me estaban esperando. Sus empleados se desvivieron por resolver todos nuestros problemas, realmente encantadores. la cabaña era muy acogedora y comoda.

Sweet place close to a prefect beach

This was our fifth time we stayed here, and we had a great time again the owners are hands-on and are always there to help with anything we need like renting a motor, airport and ferry boat transfers or booking trips. The rooms are nice and large and a couple minutes walk to a nice beach. We will be back for Christmas.

Only that we had to go.

Si te gustan los insectos éste es tu sitio

Realmente no nos gustó el alojamiento pero el personal fue amable y servicial en todo momento

Estaba lleno de insectos por los suelos, techos y paredes e incluso alguno en la cama. Tuvimos varios apagones de luz que nos impedían hacer vida en el alojamiento. Por el precio que pagamos esperábamos algo un poco más decente donde poder descansar.

Great place to stay in Siargao if you want to explore the island

Clean room, friendly and helpful host. Great location.

Big square hole in bathroom ceiling, was a bit creepy.

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation in Siargao. The property's peaceful location was ideal, offering easy access to the main attractions. Yayay, the host, was incredibly helpful, assisting us with airport transfers, transportation, and arranging tours. Our room was well-equipped, allowing us to cook and feel at home. Considering the amenities and service received, the place provided excellent value for money. Yayay's hospitality added to the overall positive experience, making it a delightful stay.

Very nice and spacious rooms with a balcony or terrace. The rooms even have kitchenettes!

The rooms were very spacious and nice it had a kitchenette! We also loved that our room had a balcony. The location is close to general luna (lots of cool restaurants and bars) which is easily to reach by scooter or trycicle.

Unfortunately, there were regular brownouts (not the fault of the hotel).

Mr Jin and the staff were very accommodating and assisted whenever possible.

The location was close to a very nice beach which you could walk to. Also, they had some scooters that you could rent which was very convenient.

It was an amazing vacation, great dicovery and comfortable accomodation we've had.

It was clean, and gives us a homey kind of feeeling, the staff were also very accomodating and helpful especially in giving ideas in which other places to visit and what activities the island has to offer and for us to try.

The wifi, its understandable that the signal is a bit slow, but it not a necessity for us, just when we need to work.

Superb

We spent 9 nights at the Yay yay villa and it was fine for our family. We had a kitchen and everything we needed to do our own breakfast, evening meal. Nice and quiet and next to a beach. The couple always helped out when needed. We hired scooters the whole time. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Really nice to have a balcony. Authentic area. Village life. They are a very kind couple.

Not their fault and seems like everywhere on the island, but there were often power cuts. The garden is lovely but not comfortable to want to sit in it so we spent most of our time on the balcony.

Comfortable stay in a beautiful location

Very spacious room with a kitchen. Super clean! The beds are comfi as well, and the shower had good hot water. Location is great, next to an amazing beach and a short scooter ride to general luna. They provide scooter rental :)

The airco works but it's a bit too small for the room. It will keep a comfortable temperature, just not super cold. And I think we were highly overcharged for laundry service since we payed three times the price as in other places.

Great stay

The staff are very kind and helpful. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable and well cleaned. If you will rent a bike I definitely recommend the location because is very quiet to rest and not far from the city center by bike. Excellent relation price/benefit.

room aircon was a bit too loud. water pressure was good except when it was routed through the electric water heater for showers. had to use the scoop and pour traditional method of cold shower.

nice stay little bit out of center

spacious room, nice shower, good bed and clean. staff was friendly. balcony view super nice with palmtrees.

very bad wifi and overall connection but its part of a problem on the island overal. also you’ll need a motorbike because it’s out of the center. we rented it via the accommodation, a woman came. ask for a NEW motorbike. the first 2 she brought for us has weird steering or weird motor. also we got 2 times flat tire. when we got their new motorbike everything was great.

A nice and quiet spot to make your home base while you explore Siargao

Malinao is really a more homey part of Siargao from what I could gather. Everyone in the neighborhood was so friendly and are familiar with each other.

AC could be bigger especially since the room is bigger than what you'd expect for the price. Mind you I'd still come back and stay here if I was traveling on my own
