In Dennis (known as the heart of Cape Cod), the Mermaid Cottage is a spacious, bright and like new post & beam cape with 3 bedrooms & 2 baths, across from Flax Pond and nature trails, & abuts conservation for privacy. It is well-equipped to make your stay as enjoyable and carefree as possible. Property consists of all linens, Beach and baby equipment, Air-conditioning , Internet. We absolutely loved our time in this beautiful house! Louise is the BEST…she has thought of everything! The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, utensils and things you didn’t know you might need! There were four of us and the layout of the house was open and the bedrooms are all a nice size. (The shower in the downstairs bathroom is fabulous!)Enjoyed our coffee in the morning on the patio and drinking wine by the fire pit in the evening. There is a local grocery store close and so much to see in Cape Cod that I could have stayed for a month at least! We can’t wait to come back!

Love Cape Cod…..absolutely perfect location!

Host was very responsive and accommodating, house was good to stay with children, but outdated in some ways with some of the host’s belongings around! The outdoor space was beautiful with firepit, bar and outdoor shower! Walking trail very close by! Overall perfect for what we used it for!
