Vacation Home is located in the elegant South Venice community on Alligator Drive. Our home is situated across Alligator Creek within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping centres on Tamiami Trail. The location is perfect to enjoy other amenities such as bike riding to Manasota Beach or doing yoga on Venice's famous beachfront every morning.
The property is located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, which is fenced around for privacy. It has a spacious interior with an open concept living room, kitchen and dining area, including three large bedrooms and two bathrooms. The total square footage of the building: 1,650 sq. ft., heated 1,375 sq. ft. Separate utility room with washer and dryer, BBQ in the private back yard are included with no extra cost for personal use. The house also has exterior light with motion detectors and timers if you are coming in late at night. High speed Internet with Wi-Fi option, 40 + TV antenna channels, Smart TV, CPU, Blu-Ray and Roku .

We stayed here with our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids ages 11, 8, and 5) for the month of February and it was great. We love Venice and often stay in this specific area, but this was our first time staying at this property. The property was clean and met all of our needs. The beds were very comfortable and 2 were king size, which we loved! Easy drive to Manasota Key or any of the beaches in Venice. We also liked the proximity to Shamrock Park for family biking/runs and playground.The property is on a busier road so it may be helpful for families with kids to know that they cannot bike or play out front - but drove to shamrock for that. The neighbors of this property were SO nice and we enjoyed getting to know them too!Can’t wait for our next time in Venice. :)
