Located in Guntersville Lake, this charming cabin for $159 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Sail, fish, ski or do nothing but relax on "The Cabin's" spacious front porch overlooking Lake Guntersville. The Cabin is located at North Alabama Sailing Marina with a fresh renovation throughout the two bedroom one bath 1200 square foot home. Large picture windows offer a million dollar view of the lake. Bring your own boat, sail or motor, and launch from our private ramp and have parking for the vehicle and trailer adjacent to the Cabin. Slip space is provide throughout your stay. Walk out in the morning with a cup of coffee and get on your boat ready for the day. A charcoal grill and lakeside fire pit are provided for evening entertaining. Bring the wife along to enjoy the downtown antique shopping, casual breakfast / lunch or enjoy a day reading on the porch overlooking Lake Guntersville. The house has all the amenities of home. It comes with a large front loading washer and dryer, and the kitchen has a full size electric stove, microwave and refrigerator. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, and all the essentials to prepare a meal. The dining room has seating for six. Gather in the large living room and sink in the comfy leather sofa and enjoy the view of beautiful Lake Guntersville, watch movies on the large flat screen TV or venture out on the porch and while away the evening on the porch swing. There are two spacious bedrooms. One has a new king size bed and the other has a new full size bed and one new twin over full bunk bed. Comfortably accommodating six guests. Linens for the bath and bedrooms are provided. Groceries, restaurants, gas and bait are available within a mile. "Fire by the Lake" restaurant and bar is within walking distance and "Char Burger", a local favorite, is within a quarter of a mile. Once you get here you won't want to leave!

The property was exactly as described. Very convenient to the Marina. The staff at the marina and sailboat club were extremely helpful and friendly. The views of the sunrise over the mountains and the lake in the morning from the cabin were beautiful. Warning, there are a lot of spiders outside the cabin and around the lake, which we found to be true of everywhere in the area. No spiders inside the cabin at all, it was very clean.

We loved staying in the cabin. The kids loved being able to walk down the dock to fish. It’s an older home so the doors are hard to open and shut, there’s a spot in the ceiling in the master room that is falling apart but very clean and very comfortable. We will definitely be back again and would happily refer our friends.

We enjoyed our stay very much! "The Cabin" was just as pictured and very clean. We loved sitting on the porch and talking in the late afternoon. Our days were full of antique/thrift shopping as well as plant nursery visits in the Guntersville & Huntsville area. No matter whether shopping or just getting away, "The Cabin" is a perfect choice.

Perfect spot to relax by the lake. The sailboats in the marina dinging/dangling make the perfect wind chimes to sit on the porch in the eveninf. Highly recommended.

While we weren’t aware how busy a working Marina can be on a Sunday afternoon, we enjoyed the cabin and napping on the front porch swing, as well as the gazebo swing on the water. Watching the sailboats was very relaxing and the sound of chimes in the breeze was wonderful. Inside the cabin was clean and comfortable, and I would love to return!
