I love how close the beach is and Father Roosters restaurant. Love how the pool is open 24/7. Staff was great and love the decor with the rock wall.

The hotel site is quiet and there is off street secure parking. The rooms have AC and the showers have hot water. The pool is clean and refreshing and there is self-service tea/coffee 24/7.

After talking to staff, apparently my expectations were unreasonable. It’s a small ( 8 room B&B). They cater to folks who want B$B and do activities during the day. The bedroom was small, spotless and had A/C. We paid extra for a late checkout as the bedroom is the only place for A/C. But that was only for an extra hour. We had to wait an extra 90 min before our checkin and ride to our next accommodation and we’re stuck outside in 37 degrees. Couldn’t access A/C (only in bedrooms) and they didn’t have a water cooler. It is Very close to the beach and staff were good

If one room( were we stored our luggage?) had AC that would have been helpful
Suggestions for management
water cooler and ice available for guests would have made a difference. I eventually got some after complaining. I rarely use A/C and never complain. But the heat this week was unusual and I felt physically ill.
