Great place to stay for families! The staff is very friendly and helpful. We all enjoyed the pool and gym. Our unit was very clean and in like new condition. After our long drive staff cooked us a great lunch and then they made us wood fired pizza for our group of 11 for dinner. Everyone enjoyed!
Dogs next door were a bit loud. Recommend ear plugs.

We stayed here the night before an early morning flight, was an amazing place to relax, rest, and pack before our flight home after a couple weeks of exposure to the beaches and jungles ( e.g., sun burns and bug bites), so felt amazing to recoup in such a clean well designed little apartment before our long flight home the next day. We left before breakfast to catch our flight, but diner was great the night before!
Our only issue was not understanding how the gate worked before we arrived in a torrential downpour, but we used WhatsApp to contact the hotel and they responded immediately to assist us in opening the gate for the secure parking!

Great place with wonderful staff and excellent breakfast!
The only issue was that the shower head didn't spray very well

The property is very modern and looks like a new build. It is styled very well inside and outside and is kept clean.
There only seemed to be one big guy working. He was the host, the manager, the porter, and the cook. We saw 2 other people for a brief minute who didn’t do much. It was weird.
The property also seems to be built right next to a dog shelter or a dogfighting ring because we heard many dogs barking and yelping from over the wall.
The cleanliness of the unit was good. The facilities are nice, including the bathroom. However, the rainfall shower head needs to be cleaned/descaled. Moreover, we couldn’t find coffee stocked for the coffee maker.
The biggest issue I had was the cost. I booked a room with a full bed, two twin beds and a sofa bed. Then upon check-in, dude charged me double for having a second person with me. Not just a fee, but charged double - i.e. I had to pay the cost of two rooms. That is a ridiculous policy. However, judging by the vacancies, I think this is the owner’s way of making up for lack of business.
Beware when booking.
