I love returning to this hotel for the past several years. The staff is great & super accommodating.
The property extra clean with constant maintenance.
Offers an outdoor kitchen & dining area which is great and has several Resturant options next door & walking distance.
Peaceful, quiet, great for resting as you can hear the ocean & birds from the gardens & pools.
Great for couples, solo travelers, digital nomads, families, friends, & traveling with a pet.

We loved the roof top grill above our room and the kitchen inside to cook our fresh caught fish. The pool and lounge area was clean and we enjoyed relaxing there in the evening a time or two. There are lounge chairs and hammocks everywhere! The bar/restaurant next door even cooked some of our fresh catch for us one night. The staff was wonderful and the AC was lovely after spending the rest of the week without it. Our room had a very comfortable bed and the price was more than affordable. We plan to bring our children back with us then next time we visit because we loved it so much!
We initially had booked a suite that had a walk out patio and were sent to the Manglar unit but the door had some trouble unlocking with the code we were given. So we went back to the main office and while there, asked about staying closer which meant being in the Cantarana unit and they still had a room. They switched us and it was a way better setup in my opinion. So I would suggest checking out things in person then choosing which is best for your situation. The pool is smaller and there is artificial grass at the Manglar which makes it feel a bit less luxurious than the Cantarana.

Staff was great, location was good, price was fiar
Room was very very tight and beds were very poor. The bed was so used it had a preformed hump in the middle and sagging in parts.
