Good view of the beach, not far walk either. Kitchen/grill good for cooking. Upstairs living area nice. We didn't use the downstairs area at all.
Loud street noise from cars passing by (on the main road), possums on the roof were pretty wild. Lots of evening brawls between the possums. They'll even poke their head over the roof's edge to say hello at night. Pure terror lol. Spiders were pretty gnarly, my wife was terrified when it was supposed to be relaxing. Yes, its WA, but was a bit of a surprise with the extra guests.

Great location, layout and facilities and really helpful hosts.
Beds were not very comfortable, no heating in the rooms and there was a lack of bedding for colder nights.

No breakfast
Cleanliness of the Master ensuite to remove possum fences, clean windows and door glass. King singles were to be put together and weren't.
