This Kiawah Island vacation rental boasts 5 bedrooms, a private pool, views of the marsh, and is a 7-minute walk to the beach. The home features over 3,500 square feet of beautiful indoor and outdoor space. The living room features a comfortable sofa and four cozy chairs, large flat-screen TV, and access to the screened porch. The light-filled dining area offers a long table with seating for ten. The stunning gourmet kitchen showcases marble countertops, large island with bar seating for four, Subzero refrigerator, Wolf oven, microwave, and gas range, a wine refrigerator, and access to the pool deck. The first floor offers 3 bedrooms, including 2 master suites. The first master suite features a king bed, chaise lounge, flat-screen TV, private deck overlooking the marsh, and bathroom with two vanities, soaking tub, and shower. The second master suite offers a king bed, two cozy chairs, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, access to the pool deck, and bathroom with shower. A queen bedroom features a flat-screen TV, access to the pool deck, and bathroom with shower/tub combination. The second floor offers two additional bedrooms. One bedroom offers 2 queen beds, flat-screen TV, and bathroom with shower/tub combination. The other bedroom features two sets of bunk beds (offering 4 twin beds), two cozy chairs for reading or watching the wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a bathroom with shower/tub combination. The home’s private pool overlooks the marsh and is approximately 37ft x 13ft. The deck offers lounge chairs, a table with seating for 6, and a gas grill. The screened porch features a floating sofa and 2 comfortable chairs. Additionally, an area of the lower level has been converted to a game room enclosed by decorative curtains and contains two comfortable chairs, rugs, and several game tables. There is a combination ping pong/air hockey table, a foosball table, and magnetic darts among other games. The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park. Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $400. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours! This pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for $75/per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available. The dimensions of the pool are 13' W x 37' L. RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email. RBL19-006493 In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 5, the maximum allowed occupancy is 12, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 6.

Our family of 10 had a wonderful week in this house. Their was plenty of room for everyone and the bedrooms were set out perfectly for our group. The kitchen is very nice and has everything you could ever need for cooking. The pool is nice and the porch is spectacular. It’s an easy walk to the beach but we had toddlers so wagons were a plus. The game room in the basement was a nice spot as well. We highly recommend this home

We had a wonderful weekend celebrating a good friend and bride to be. Ages ranged from 47-77. We cooked, swam, beached, rode bikes and spent hours talking and laughing. We also did a lot of cooking. The space was gracious and no one felt cramped. It was truly perfect for pie friend. Thank you!

We came to Kiawah with 4 couples for a wedding and rented this amazing home. It was beautifully decorated and well stocked. This kitchen had top of the line appliances. We loved every minute of our trip and we will definitely come back.

Better than the pictures, this house was seriously dreamy and perfect for our group of 6 adults and 4 sweet cousins. They loved the bunk room! There’s also a full basement with foos ball and air hockey that our kids got hours of fun out of. Pool was so wonderful, too. Don’t skip on renting bikes!

We have stayed at many homes on KI over the last 30 years. This one is one of the nicest - comfortable, beautiful decor, well stocked, close to beach. Only critical comment-baths and kitchen could have been cleaner on arrival; more palmetto bugs in the house than normal-due to poor sealing doors at porch and kitchen. Just needs repair. Otherwise house is gorgeous and perfect!

We found women's underwear on one of the bedroom's floors when we checked in; drawer interiors were dirty; cabinets under sinks (bath & kitchen) were cluttered and obviously not emptied in a long time. Lots of cockroaches. Mold & mildew covered the showers and tubs. The cleaning staff dropped the ball!

The property was located in a really great location in a less crowded part of Vanderhorst. We especially enjoyed the screened porch, and the deck and pool had gorgeous views and was quiet too. Great situation for bedrooms as well; 2 King suites on the 1st floor was perfect!

Our yearly family getaway was fabulous! This home is beautifully decorated and comfortable. I love all the angled ceilings! The woodsy surroundings were quiet and riding bikes everyday proved to be everyone’s favorite thing to do besides the endless hours in the pool. Perfect!It could use a handyman to tweak a shower handle in the queen downstairs bath and the kitchen cabinets could use a little help. I’d suggest a really good cleaning, wear and tear from guests is hard on any property. Just some minor maintenance.

This property was outstanding....we were 2 families staying in this house. The layout is perfect and we utilized the entire house. The kitchen is so well equipped... we loved using it and cooking all together. Would highly recommend!
