Located in Summerland, this lovely cottage for $145 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 1100 square foot cottage house, sits perched above Peach Orchard park, and has its own private path leading to the water only 100 meters away. There are unobstructed and expansive views of the water, and of the mountain side of Naramata. The cottage is super cozy, the property is very private, and situated on 1 acre of land. All brand new and top of the line beds will allow for a great nights rest after a great day on the water, or just a relaxing day sipping great wine at one of the 100 plus wineries of the Okanagan. This cottage has all the makings of a very memorable summer holiday. Don't miss out!

Cute cottage
The cottage is definitely a throw back to the original. It is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and staying there. The view is fantastic as it is directly across the street from a park and boat launch. Good thing for the ceiling fan and air conditioning window unit because the cottage would certainly be uncomfortable on summer days without with them.
The morning sun floods the cottage which was quite nice. The cottage isnt anything fancy but has what you need and is in an excellent location with an amazing view and comfortable beds. Shaun is super attentive and the check in process was simple.
We will certainly stay there again.

Wonderful!
This holiday was much much needed and this place did not disappoint! Wonderful views, charming and quaint house with all the amenities one would need. Location was perfect and I hope this place never changes. Looking forward to coming back!

There were some challenges due to the heatwave which affected the first part of our stay (41C ambient outdoor when we arrived) - the portable air conditioner did a decent job and there were are number of portable fans we were able to use to help cool the space. The location is prime - easy walking distance to a swimming beach as part of the larger park, and short driving distances to supermarkets, fruit stands, etc. The owner/manager was helpful and instantly available to answer a query we had. I would happilty stay but would probably choose a cooler part of the year.

Lovely spot, lovely cottage
The Summerland cottage was absolutely perfect for our 5-day getaway. It is spacious and well-equipped, with beautiful decor and comfortable furniture and beds. We explored trails, walked along the water and enjoyed several of the many wineries. The view of the lake and hills is spectacular, and we spent many quiet hours reading in the sunroom and enjoying the beautiful scenery. Shaun was very quick in responding to questions. We will definitely recommend the cottage to our friends and hope to come back soon.

Charming Summerland cottage with a view
Can’t recommend this place enough. Such spectacular views from deck and summer porch of Okanagan Lake and just a couple minutes walk from Boat launch and beach as well as walking/running/biking trails. 2 big bedrooms and a good size living room make for a very cozy stay. Owner is super responsive which was appreciated. Property feels very private being set back from the lane. Really good value for money. Don’t hesitate, just book it and you’ll be glad that you did. Best place of our entire 3 week trip!

Great Escape from the City
Unique heritage house on a large lot with a lovely veranda and thoughtful cottage themed decor. Great location, park and lake just across the street. Quiet and private with fruit trees and sunny deck facing lake. We saw quails and deer come through the yard. Shaun responded quickly when we had a question or concern. We enjoyed our stay, a great escape from the busy city.

Summerland Cottage
We loved our stay! The cottage is cozy and comfortable with everything you could possibly need and more. Wake up and have your coffee on the deck overlooking the lake and mountain side, then go for a dip in the lake followed by a bar-b-que.
Shaun was wonderful and always prompt to reply. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful property...
Cottage is in perfect spot. Great deck with a view of the lake and just a short walk down a pathway to the beach. Very comfortable furnishing and any items needed to prepare meals in well stocked kitchen. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed our stay. Excellent location to walk to the beach and a short drive to shopping and restaurants in Summerland. An older cottage that's been comfortably renovated. Excellent communication with Sharon when we needed anything.

We loved our stay!
Our family just spent an entire week at this cottage and it exceeded our expectations! Not only is the cottage well-equipped and exactly what you hope for, the beds are very comfortable and something you look forward to after spending the day at the nearby beaches - some you can walk to in just a few minutes and others just a short ride away. We truly could not get enough of the back patio that overlooks the water - we started and ended each day here enjoying the view and watching the quails. The location is perfectly located by the water and just a short drive into Penticton, as well as, needed amenities. And lastly, met with such hospitality!!! We loved our stay and would absolutely return. It was a great way to end the summer with our girls feeling cozy and content.

AMAZING
I can’t say enough about how amazing this little property is!! The location is unbeatable!! And it’s a perfect little place for 2 or I would say even up to 6! We went for a little post wedding getaway and we couldn’t have asked for anything more! There was about 5 wineries within biking distance! The beach is small but was never too busy (even on weekends)
Overall would 100% recommend!! Already looking into which week next summer will work to return!

Cozy cottage with fabulous lake views
The location was great! The cottage sits up above the road and has a big beautiful deck that looks out to the lake. There is a path along side the cottage that leads to the road and we were able to carry our paddle boards down. In the mornings we paddled over to the pier and docks at rotary beach to jump in the lake. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed bbqing and eating in the porch. Summerland is close to Penticton, but also has all the amenities. We had a fabulous dinner at Zia's Stonehouse, enjoyed some tastings at nearby wineries and loved the beach days at Sun-Oka. We all slept well; the cottage set-up, decor, and cleanliness made us feel at home right away. We hope to make it back again soon!

Little Cabin by the Lake
This is a great little place to stay. We fell in love with it the moment we unlocked the door. The view of the lake was wonderful and the oh-so-scrumptious apricots were refreshing. :) The porch was a great place for dining and evening games. The balcony was great for a book and morning coffee. It had almost every amenity you could ask for and the managers were super responsive. We so appreciated the air-conditioning unit in the main living area - it worked like a charm to keep it cool. Our only wish might have been that ac units be added to the bedrooms. Overall, we were sad to leave and would have stayed longer it we could have. To sum up - charming and inviting!

Quaint lakefront cottage in ideal location
This quaint cottage is absolutely lovely! Authentic heritage charm mixed with modern amenities. Immaculately clean with great attention to detail. Ideal location. We enjoyed our breakfast and bbq dinners overlooking the lake at the boat launch and beach. Take an evening stroll right from the cottage and enjoy the lakefront walk. Elevated above street level to provide privacy. Property manager answered many questions for me very promptly and in detail.

Gem
We had 14 wonderful days. The cottage was cozy and comfortable. It was like a home away from home with a fantastic view and a beautiful park to enjoy within minutes. We will definitely come again and possibly for a longer time next year. Thanks for such a great holiday.

Hidden Gem
This property is a gem. I knew the photos looked lovely online, but the cottage is even more impressive in person. We loved the character, decor and charm, and the view from the sunroom was stunning. The beds and bedding were so comfy, and the fresh flowers and freshly ground coffee just added to the overall experience. Will definitely book again.

Idyllic Lakeside cottage
Absolutely loved this cottage with its beautiful decor, peaceful surroundings and amazing views. Slept four adults comfortably, (we used the daybed in the sunroom also). There was ample seating indoors and out and thoughtful touches such as the beach bag containing towels and beach mats.
We did find the bedrooms too warm at night so ask for the portable a/c or fans in the summer months. Perfect stay otherwise and we will definitely be back
