Situated in Summerland, this lovely house for $292 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This property features a king bedroom suite in the loft with large ensuite, walk-in closet and a small deck. The main floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, large kitchen and dining area and open space livingroom with french doors that open onto a spacious patio. Patio's are at both back and front of this property and it also features an outdoor patio by a natural spring fed pond. The backyard of the property adjoins the Adams Bird Sanctuary. Situated near Okanagan lake, just a 5 minute walk to the lake, boat launch, beach, doggie beach and water park. Lots of beautiful Birds constantly flying and feeding in your own backyard. The huge back deck and Home has some antique and mid-century pieces. A decorative bird theme and information on wildlife in the Bird Sanctuary is throughout the house. This home also features a suite with private entry and parking space available to rent for larger groups, please inquire about availability if you are looking to book for more guests. This property is situated in a very popular area of Summerland; because of it's proximity to the lake and is suitable for 6 guests. Through the months of November 2020 - March 2021 discounts are being offered, tenants staying on a 28 day period or more are responsible for clearing any snow from walkways and the driveway, shovels provided by owner. Monthly tenants will be provided with toiletries and the like upon arrival however will be responsible for replenishing items as required such as; toilet tissue, kleenex, soaps, shampoo's, conditioners, paper towels, kitchen dish soap, dishwasher soap, etc.

Morning coffee on the patio, looking at the beautiful garden listening to birds is such a peaceful way to start to your day. Highly recommend. We will definately be back.

As a group of six friends we had a lovely stay at Stellar Jay. We shared 3 bedrooms and had plenty of room to lounge, cook, eat and sip wine. The location on the edge of the Adams Bird Sanctuary is private with a pretty garden area off the deck. We could walk to the beach and it was only a few minutes drive to pick up groceries. Great place to stay for families or a group of friends looking for a quiet getaway.

This was a great spot! Lovely lush gardens in the back was a stark contrast to how dry it was everywhere else! The house was spotless when we arrived and fulfilled all our needs. Great hosts!

As a group of six friends we had a lovely stay at Stellar Jay. We shared 3 bedrooms and had plenty of room to lounge, cook, eat and sip wine. We enjoyed our stay here very much. Heather was quick to respond to all our questions and was very accommodating. The suite is large and airy and super clean. The deck was a perfect place to sit in the evenings and enjoy the peace and quiet and beautiful trees. We had a great time checking out the nearby wineries.

A lovely property that is so tranquil and quiet thanks to being right beside the local bird sanctuary! The house was very clean and the kitchen was extremely well stocked.

Spacious and very well equipped. Would work very well for a family with 3-4 children. Downstairs bedroom was not comfortable as a/c unit was too close to the bed and made so much noise it had to be turned off with the result that the bedroom was uncomfortably warm.

Peaceful oasis
The place is very peaceful place with a beautiful deck to enjoy. Great house with all the amenities. Great for families or two couples who travel together.

Pleasant home close to beautiful lake
A spacious and well furnished home with nice garden. Kitchen not as well equipped as we are used to but fine. Could do with supplying more soap, washing detergent etc.
Our main issue was that the basement was rented out to another couple who shared the garden. We were not aware that we would be sharing some of the property. This should be made clear. There was also a camper van parked by the house which is also rented out. Luckily it was empty the week were there but we could have potentially had to share garden with 2 other couples/families. So overall a little disappointed that the advert was not totally clear about this. If you are happy to share a garden it is a nice property.

Great place. Nice to sit outside. I did think that they lower bedroom had two beds one the bottom bunk and then a double bed which became when we got there a Crib. Had a great visit with Len

Lovely spacious home. Quiet private yard with walking distance to the lake
We stayed for three nights with our 3 kids ages 18, 15 and 11. We had lots of room for all of us to feel comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with a barbecue and private deck outback was a lovely area for having our meals. Walking distance to the public beach that wasn’t crowded. Close to downtown for groceries and vineyards/orchards! Would definitely recommend staying here.
